Come and enjoy a quiet and ideally located cottage between the Cévennes, Uzès and Nîmes. Newly renovated, it benefits from all the comforts (reversible air conditioning) to accommodate you as a couple or family, with a beautiful outdoor area and a terrace. St Jean de CEYRARGUES is a village of character, located between Nîmes (35 min) and Uzès (20 min) and close to Anduze, Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Chauvet Cave (1 hour). The accommodation includes on the ground floor, a separate entrance, a small room with sofa bed, a kitchenette area (sink, kettle and a single induction hob). Upstairs, toilet, sink and shower cabin on the landing and a small bedroom with a double bed. Access to the pool is possible under the responsibility of the tenants. Parking assured.
