Construite en pierre de taille, elle comprend un sous-sol aménagé en salle d'eau, un rez-de-chaussée équipé pour les petits déjeuners, un étage-chambre avec voute et une terrasse panoramique avec vue ( 360°)sur l' estuaire de la Gironde. Le bâtiment est flanqué au nord-ouest d'une échauguette qui abrite un escalier à vis.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located 35 minutes from the island of Oléron, 15 minutes from Saintes and 45 minutes from La Rochelle and 40 minutes from Fouras or Chatelaillon Plage. Everything is new, up to standard, and secluded. Everything is very clean. 350m2 garden, garden furniture with parking space, PAC Air water. For short stays we will not provide linens and towels for stays of up to 3 nights. For heating, we charge 5 euros per day.
