La Chataigne - family friendly gite with pool

Les Coumayres consists of four unique, newly renovated gites. La Chataigne is at the front of the house with one more gite and the owners home. Behind the house are two larger gites. We also have a Glamping site with two unique domes, located a couple of minutes walk. Relax by the heated pool whilst your children play in the pool, play ping pong or have fun in the playground. There is plenty of space for everyone and each gite has their own private terrace with outdoor sofa and dining for four.

The three-story Le Tigre Bleu, 10 m above the ground, takes you on a journey through the forest with indigenous peoples. The Red Dragon, with its terrace 6 meters above the ground, takes you to Bali, Thailand, or Vietnam. A region with waterfalls and beautiful hikes promises a memorable stay. The Old Dairy, cool and cosy in the Haut Languedoc

Our old stone dairy is comfortable and functional, cosy in winter and cool in summer. It sleeps six people in three rooms, two with double beds, the other with singles. There is a living room with a day-bed and wood burning stove, a kitchen, bathroom and a fantastic ‘terrace in the trees’ overlooking the valley.
