Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint-Pons-de-Mauchiens

I had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. The accommodation was clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I particularly liked the spacious living area and the cozy terrace, where you can have a wonderful breakfast or relax in the evening. The location is ideal for the families – very quiet. Shopping and restaurants were easily accessible. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful, and always available for questions or concerns. I can fully recommend this apartment and would come back anytime!

Very clean, spacious and well-equipped studio. Quiet and well-located place to discover Sète, Montpellier, Saint Guilhem le Désert by car, among others, thanks to the private and secure parking space. 10 min walk to Balaruc-les-Bains city center. Close to shops. Amandine is a very responsive and welcoming host. Recommended.

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 out of 5 stars) Virginie and Eric are a great and warm family! From the first moment, they welcomed us in a very friendly way and were there for us until the last day. It was especially convenient that they live very close by – when we had a small problem, they were with us in just 10 minutes and helped immediately. Her daughter Lisa was also super nice and likeable – the contact with the whole family was very pleasant. The accommodation itself was completely newly renovated, very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail – we felt comfortable immediately. We give a solid 5 and thank you for the wonderful time!

We had a great weekend with friends. The house is great, bright, fully equipped and suitable for a stay for families or groups of friends. The host is super welcoming and was flexible in terms of schedules. The host who knows the area kindly informed us about the good places to visit nearby. We recommend it +++. We had a lovely stay! Since we drove overnight with two children, we were there early in the morning. That was no problem for Silvere. We were warmly welcomed. There was even water, milk and breakfast etc. available! Silvere explained everything to us very nicely. He was always available and accommodating! We could not have asked for a better host! The house is very nice and lovingly furnished. Everything is available and we felt very comfortable.

We had a pleasant stay at Eudora and Thomas's. We enjoyed the warm welcome from our hosts, who are adorable! The same goes for their pets :) Thank you again for your attention and recommendations. We really recommend staying there, especially if you want to discover the beautiful Hérault region, because the accommodation allows quick access to several attractions in the area: beaches, most beautiful villages in France, gorges, lake, etc. Finally, the accommodation is a real little cocoon, tastefully decorated, perfect for relaxing after our good days of sightseeing! The passage of a few trains nearby didn't bother us.

We had a great time at Nina's place, which was very welcoming, just like her host! It is cool in these hot days, the interior is very cozy and comfortable and it is quiet. The small village is also charming. Nina was attentive to our comfort and very friendly. I highly recommend it!

The location of the place was great. A few minutes to the beach and the many restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors. Check in thanks to Carole's video super easy. A bit small for three, but you mainly stay outside anyway. The hot tub was large and the sea totally beautiful. Carole was always available and even came by in person to bring us something. Patricia and Luc are very welcoming and responsive. Communication with them went very well. The place is like new, and we greatly appreciated the air conditioning and the enclosed garden in the shade of olive trees. Big plus for us: that the hosts accept dogs. The studio is well located for discovering Herault.

The place is very nice for walking and relaxing, making it very touristy. Parking is usually nearby. Apartment very nicely renovated. Perfect for 4 people. In the photos (bedroom) larger than in reality. Unfortunately, too little storage (only 5 hangers) and drawers were occupied by bed linen, etc. Steep stairs. Veranda sufficient for 4 people. Unfortunately, no umbrella is available. Alison (cleaning assistant organized one for us.🫶🏻) "Mr. Dyson" lived with us in the living room….🥲 otherwise everything is good.

The apartment is lovely, with a very pretty garden. Self-contained with private entrance. We had everything we needed. Steve & Jane are very friendly, as is their gorgeous little dog. We will return!

Clean and perfectly located apartment, with a superb terrace with views of both the beach and the garden. I recommend it, even if the price in my case was a little expensive (with a big Airbnb commission). Only downside: bed linen and towels are not included, but it is very easy to rent them on site.

Celine is available, flexible and responsive. The accommodation is in new condition close to the port and the main ones. Parking and secure building. Celine is present at checkout and on arrival. Great human connection, a pleasure!

I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Good quiet place to explore the area. Cities like Narbonne and Beziers nearby, beautiful hiking locations and varied beaches; from busy tourist beaches to beaches that you almost have to yourself. Apartment well equipped with necessities. Friendly host who is proud of his location. In the street, it was a bit messy due to sewer or other similar work, so we had to search for a while at first. Parking is not possible directly at the apartment, but in a public parking lot, a few streets away. Delicious bakery on the square 100 meters walk
