In winter the resort will also delight you if you are looking for a family friendly ski place. Metabief is 15 minutes from the Swiss border.

Guests can enjoy the balcony to admire the beautiful sunsets and have a pleasant time. 5-minute walk to Lake St. Point, at the foot of snowshoeing trails in winter and hiking trails in summer. Malbuisson has several restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Shops nearby (bakery, supermarket, butcher and organic store) 10 minutes from Métabief and 15 minutes from Switzerland. Our cottage "chez Violette" is very close to Lake Saint-Point, which we overlook. You will enjoy it for its brightness and tranquility. This small cottage with mezzanine is perfect for couples. The quality bedding is located in the mezzanine where the ceiling height is reduced. Otherwise there is a sofa bed in the living room. The accommodation overlooks a private terrace facing the lake. Possibility to provide a charging station for EV, a bicycle shelter or a canoe...

Vuillafans is located between Besançon (tourist town) and Pontarlier (green town) Ornans, nicknamed Little Venice, is 10 minutes away. Many activities to discover, kayaking, via ferrata or tree climbing, not to mention multiple hiking trails.
