House on the banks of the Loing, 1 to 6 travelers. Large wooded garden of 900 m2 on the shore, private dock, swimming, fishing, walking (waterfront secured by a barrier). charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included), garden furniture. The house consists of a veranda dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (gas, oven, washing machine...), a bathroom, a bedroom with a bed of 160, a living room with fireplace and 2 sofa beds, umbrella bed. Great for a chic countryside stay, rest, calm and zen!

Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Accommodation located in our private courtyard with all amenities (equipped kitchen, stove, cozy bedroom upstairs, bathroom with large shower). In the heart of the 3 Pignons massif (Fontainebleau forest), nature lovers will appreciate the direct access to the forest. Château de Fontainebleau and Grand Parquet 10 minutes away. Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, 40 m2 house located in Nonville, village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt-sur-Loing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

Souppes sur Loing recreation area, natural lake with dragonfly label, 15 minutes by car.

Great for a stay in the middle of the forest, an hour from Paris. Many shoots, filming and corporate seminars are held on site. Train station 700 m away, shops 2 km away. Another house is also rented on the property. We limit the house to six people, with a quiet atmosphere. A caretaker resides on site.
