We were hosted very well by Richard, who is very approachable. He advised us very well on places to visit and restaurants to go to. The apartment, very clean, is very pleasant, quiet and in a good location, the description is true to life. We recommend this rental which is located in a charming area where there are plenty of sites to visit. Jean-Claude and Christine.

We had a wonderful short break whilst visiting family in the area. The property is very well equipped and homely, but unfortunately we did not have the chance to enjoy all that was on offer due to being so busy exploring. The town is lovely and with easy parking outside the property, we were able to make the most of the location. It will be our ‘go-to’ for future visits.

cleaning at €20 is a little expensive compared to the space we left as clean as we found it.

Very well located accommodation, a short walk to the beach, 10-minute walk to the city center. Bike loan, very nice in Cabourg. Everything you need on site, except the washing machine (clearly specified in the description), and even little extras for the children (booster seat, step stool, beach games). We were hosted very well and had a great time, thank you!

Hi, The host's welcome was excellent: warm, accommodating and very understanding, especially when we had to change our dates last minute. The house is pleasant, well maintained, well equipped, and the rooms are spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 7-8 guests. Small townhouse perfect for four adults or two adults and two children. All city shops are 500 m away, several supermarkets are within 2 km. Relatively easy parking close by. On weekends, the presence of the Brionne road is not a problem at night, maybe on weekdays the traffic is heavier in the evening and in the morning. As it is an old house, the staircase that goes upstairs is narrow and a little steep; probably not very easy with a big suitcase.

Superb quiet rental with super nice pool! The garden is large and super well maintained. The little extra: animals (horses, biquettes, chickens...) too cute for your children. It is the perfect place to have a good time with the family, to enjoy the pool, the great outdoors and to go to the sea: near Deauville, Trouville ... we even went to Etretat. Tiago is a great host too! We will be back ❤️

Had a great time at David's place. The instructions were very clear, David was very responsive and flexible in check-in and checkout times and always kind in our exchanges.
