Simplify your life in this 40 m2 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor of a quiet and secure residence with a parking space in the basement, a living area with equipped kitchen overlooking a south-facing terrace, a 110 cm TV, Wi-Fi and fiber. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, desk, closet, dresser, bathroom with washing machine and shower. The apartment is located close to the city center, train stations, A6 and Francilienne highways as well as the hospital.
