A stylish, open-plan, modern barn accommodation for up to 8 with summer swimming pool and a half-acre garden in the idyllic Loir region, just 40 minutes north of La Loire, Tours and only 25 mins from historic Plantagenet city and home of Motorsport, Le Mans. The house is situated in a quiet rural area with views of rolling hills and the Foret du Bercé, a vast Oak forest—with some of the tallest Oak trees in France—as well as numerous mountain bike trails, walks and points of interest.

Welcome to Les Nuits de la Forête. Taste the tranquility and the change of scenery of a stay in a chalet with luxury comfort bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. Ideal for fishermen. Located 1 km from the center, two electric bikes are available. Perfect for two people, two others can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which is comfortable. A boat with electric motor, two kayaks and a paddleboard are also available. Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, piano, guitar, everything is there to spend a pleasant weekend or a beautiful vacation.
