Functional accommodation. It is close to the center and the beach, it is very convenient, you can do everything on foot. Check-in is very easy, everything is well explained and Lucie responds to messages very quickly. I totally recommend it. A little extra would be a clothesline, and then it would be perfect. ☺️

Accommodation with a very good location, easy to access and consistent with the listing description. The only negative point is a fairly strong cigarette smell in the studio.

The apartment is very well located, at the foot of the Tour de la Lanterne, a stone's throw from the old port and 5 minutes from the beach of La Concurrence. The place is ideal for walking, cycling (self-service station nearby) and for taking the bus boats to the aquarium or the Port des Minimes. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the train station.

Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

We had a wonderful ten days! Emmanuelle's house is perfect, a haven of peace in a very good location on the island. Emmanuelle was attentive and very responsive. Oleron was a discovery for us and we loved it, our hope is to come back. The wild coast of Chassiron is sublime, all the beaches have their charm. We also ate very well, oysters, mussels, sardines, etc... everything was EXCELLENT!

We had a pleasant stay with the family. The environment perfectly matched our expectations. The accommodation is clean, very well arranged, very bright, with all the comforts you need. The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely a 2-minute walk and shops are also a 5-minute walk. Great place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality equipment. I would highly recommend it!

Very nice little house completely renovated with all the comforts and nice decoration. Quiet environment near the marshes and the beautiful Gautrelle beach. Very responsive hosts who offered us early check-in and late checkout which was much appreciated.

Very nice, spacious and well-appointed house. The beautiful sun allowed us to enjoy the exteriors and the fenced garden is a real advantage with small children.

A few little glitches which were resolved in amusing fashion involving my french, Fiona's English, Google translate and cameraphone.Importantly the house was very comfy and well appointed and close to wonderful beaches.On our last night we experienced the most wonderful burnt orange, white and blue sunset. Plenty to explore on the island and if you like fish and shellfish you won't be disappointed! Thanks to Fiona and her parents, who checked us out, for a very memorable 2 weeks. We enjoyed Sandrine's cozy house and nice garden (and swimming pool!). It is a central location on the island and just a few minutes walk from the beach! If you want to enjoy a beautiful starry sky and experience the tidal difference so close, you have to be here. Raoul & Cornelie

Pleasant accommodation overlooking the lake and sea, really peaceful and quiet. Parking space, clean accommodation and all the minimum necessities. Walking distance to the beach in less than 15 min. And Pauline is very responsive by message. I recommend it. Thanks 😊

Comfortable and very well located accommodation, 20 minutes walk from the old port of La Rochelle along the sea and 8 minutes from Port Neuf. Adapted and quality amenities Everything is provided. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Small confusion about the cleaning we are asked to do, while being charged on AirBnB.

We had a great time at Patricia's place. The apartment is as advertised, very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located, with a magnificent sea view. Direct access to the beach is a real plus. Patricia is a very attentive, responsive host and gives good tips for visits and activities in the surroundings. Thanks to her, we were able to enjoy good places and organize our outings easily.
