Village House Rental.

Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin, with Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, it comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a new sofa bed (with a real 18-cm mattress), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with a double bed and storage space. There is a courtyard with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Ability to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee 40€.

Le 23 Gîte for up to 6 people

Between the Loire and the Loir, Le 23 is located in the heart of the village of Saint-Paterne-Racan, close to shops (bakery and bread vending machine, restaurant, grocery store, bar, tobacco shop, newsstand, pharmacy, doctors, train station, bus). 15 minutes away you will find 2 supermarkets. 7 min walk, park with children's games (in summer, the municipal swimming pool will welcome you there). Close to the Chateaux de La Loire, between Tours and Le Mans (Papéa, Zoo de La Flèche). Departure from hiking and biking.

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. The house has a Canadian well, it is a geothermal system that cools the air of the house. However, you must keep the shutters closed when the sun hits the bay windows.
