We had a lovely and beautiful stay at Carine's house! The house was perfect for 3 couples and 3 children. The house is very nice and the exteriors are very nice, very well located to reach the bike paths and enjoy all corners of the island! A beautiful home to spend a great vacation with friends! A dreamlike house in the idyll of west France! We had a wonderful time as a family in the beautiful house Colibri in Médis. We are very thankful for Hélène and Delphine being warmly welcoming to us and tremendously friendly, uncomplicated and extremely helpful. A special location, a house with everything you need! The area is beautiful and you can cycle there fantastically!

Laurence & Antoine were very welcoming (clear and exhaustive check-in instructions; arrival gifts), very responsive in exchanges and available to come on site if necessary. The house is very well located in the heart of the city; while being close to all amenities (covered market 2 minutes away, shops 5 minutes away and cinema 10 minutes away) it offers a lot of calm, no nuisance. The garden allows a truly private space without any overlooking. The stove works very well and made it possible to heat the house very pleasantly during this winter period. The kitchen is well-equipped. WiFi and connected TV worked very well. The renovation of this cellar is recent and of quality. Finally, Laurence and Antoine were very understanding about check-in and check-out times. Highly recommended for these hosts and this rental.

I highly recommend this lovely house that we found comfortable, clean and very well-equipped. We enjoyed the garden and the pleasant and quiet terrace. Although you broke down just before our arrival we had a pleasant stay in this beautiful area. Christian helped us a lot to ensure our arrival and we were very well received. As advertised, the staircase is "steep"😉. You have to hold on tight to go down. The accommodation is very clean, very well-equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, traditional oven, Nespresso coffee machine), and has large volumes, which is an asset for a vacation, where everyone needs space in a family of 2 parents and 2 young children. Shops are nearby, the supermarket is accessible by car in 10 minutes. Privately, we gave our host some suggestions for improvement, but it's very personal, everyone has their own lifestyle. Thank you for a great family vacation. We recommend it.

We had a great time at this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches, shops and city center within 15 minutes' walk, so we didn't use our vehicle during our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. a week spent with the family in rather mild weather in this villa meets expectations. The little ones loved their room with these small desks very convenient for drawings, the pool sufficiently heated as well as the gantry with its swings. As for us, the adults took full advantage of the pétanque court for wild parties as well as the calm that reigns in this area. Our host responded present for check-in as well as checkout, thank you to him. We highly recommend this listing for family stays.

The house is beautiful as well as the view from the garden and located in a lovely village with an excellent butcher, baker and a market once a week. Aurelie and Franck are very welcoming. They surprised us with a bottle of the local white whine that was delicious and were very accommodating. We had a great time in Breuillet which is a 15 min drive from the nearest beaches. Strongly recommend!

A dream house, everything is simple and convenient. An ideal location for discovering the island of Oleron by bike and on foot. We'll be happy to go back. Special dedication to Floriane who always responded to our needs with a big smile.
