Very well located, ideal for walking and cycling (bike path at the foot), close to the village of Saint-Trojan and the thalassotherapy center. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a TV, wifi... It has a bedroom with a bed (140) and a sofa bed (140) in the living room. Bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace of 14m² with sun loungers.

This fully equipped accommodation has a large balcony facing east, in the quiet of Royannaise life; at the foot of Pontaillac Beach, the Casino de Royan, all shops and restaurants. This ideally located home offers quick access to the zoo, shops, restaurants. Beach 700 m away. This large 28 m2 studio can accommodate up to 4 people. Located in a secure residence with elevator, it is fully furnished, all linens are provided and it has a 5 m2 terrace for breakfast in the sun (facing east). For parking you can count on 5 free parking spaces all located within 150 m and 2 bike rooms in the basement for our cycling friends.

Studio on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with elevator in the city center, quiet street, double glazed windows, motorized shutters. Preview park and market view, shops and cinema 1 minute walk, beaches and lake 5 minutes walk. Presence of a bike storage room, with two men's and women's bikes available. We do our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces and wearing masks when you arrive.

Studio cabin on the ground floor with terrace in a quiet, car-free residence. Exceptional environment facing the ocean. Private access to the beach and walk path which joins St Palais and the ocean beaches. Renovation done in 2023. Fully equipped kitchen. Linen not provided but available on request. Access to the residence's garden to enjoy the view and the sound of the waves!
