My studio is a 7 minute walk from the station RER A Nanterre Ville and bus stops. It is next to the Park Chemin de l’île, the city market of Nanterre Ville, the University of Paris 10 Nanterre, and la Défense, the business district. You will appreciate my place for its comfort, its large living room, its terrace and little garden, its independance, and its very quiet neighbourhood. My studio is perfect for couples, travellers and businessmen and women. Time to Orly airport: 1h10 - Roissy: 1h20.

Access to A1 (Disneyland) and A3 (Paris) is a 5-minute drive away.

The small house

A detached house in the city center, just for you. The very cozy living room can be transformed into a bedroom. Your fully equipped kitchen can accommodate up to six people. The first bedroom under the roof is equipped with a large double bed (160). The small attic bedroom has a single bed (90 cm). The basement, well heated in winter and naturally cool in summer, is the ideal refuge (140 cm bed). Finally, a small terrace is reserved for you to have lunch outside.

Au bout de la rue, à quelques dizaines de mètres, explorez le Marché Paul Bert ou le reste des puces, ou dirigez-vous vers Montmartre pour profiter du charme du vieux Paris. Charming maisonette renovated in 2022, close to Paris. Both quiet and close to all amenities. You can walk to the city center and restaurants. Not suitable for the elderly and young children as there are steep stairs. Served by the highway, metro line 3 ( 10 min walk) and line 11 ( 15 min walk) and 8 min by tram, you will be in a few minutes in the center of Paris (30 min). We are in the East suburbs glued to Paris.
