Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Nic

We had a pleasant stay at Geraldine and Cyril's house. The house is spacious and very well-equipped. The 2 terraces allow you to enjoy the sun depending on the time. Finally, Géraldine and Cyril are very welcoming and proactive. We'll be happy to go back!

The house is in a great location. Short walk to the beach. Fantastic view. Good starting point for excursions. The house was very clean and we felt completely comfortable. It is actually more spacious than the pictures suggest. The two terraces in front of and behind the house offer many possibilities. The contact with Laetitia and Nicholas was great and very warm. We would book the house again anytime!

First of all, we had a good welcome from Guy and Catherine with some little treats. We discovered a Well-equipped house in a very quiet and peaceful environment. We were able to make many discoveries while hiking. The nearest seaside is 20 minutes away. A bakery, a convenience store nearby, very useful. 👍

Everything was perfect: Airbnb super well-equipped, very clean (I have never seen an Airbnb so clean, it is very pleasant), plenty of storage, toys for children, a magnificent view, access to the beach at the foot of the house, a fenced garden that is useful when you have young children. in short, nothing to repeat.

Thank you for hosting us in your peaceful haven for one night. Marc and Chantal are warm and undoubtedly caring people. We'll be happy to go back and see them.

What a wonderful week at Estelle et Benoît. With a perfect equipped house with lovely details, set in an impressing landscape, perfect for hiking, biking ore exploring the fantastic atlantic at finistere sud. Our friendly hosts gave us nice tips, so we had no wishes left. We enjoyed this week very much, thank you Estelle et Benoît.

When we arrived without searching, we were personally greeted by Renan and the dog in the courtyard. The accommodation is a separate house made of natural stone, which gets a lot of light through the door. Inside, it is furnished in a successful mix of old and new (great wooden furniture). Books, games and matching decorations make a cozy impression. There is enough space for us guests to spread out our things. Outside is a nicely furnished area where we could sit in the rain. Inside, the bathroom has a mix of dressing and housework area (chest of drawers, clothes rack, washing machine). This makes it unnecessary to bring the luggage upstairs. Very convenient. We were received and said goodbye very nicely, in between we could be private for ourselves. We were shown where to find the hosts in their house if needed. But everything worked out and we had no need.

We had a lovely week at Fabrice and Jennifer's cottage. The place is very quiet and relaxing and the cottage is very well-understood and functional. Perfect for a week with family with plenty of things to do nearby (beaches, GR34)!

We had a great stay! The studio was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. (Just a heads-up: bed linen needs to be rented in advance—we brought our own from home.) The sea view is absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best weather during our stay as it rained quite a bit, but that didn’t take away from the charm of the place. The location is very convenient—only 4 minutes by car to the city center of Concarneau—and it’s also a great base for day trips to nearby towns in the region. One small note of caution: be sure to lock your car securely at night. Our dashcam recorded a pair of people trying to open car doors during the night. Other than that, everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our time here!

dream stay at Thomas's. The apartment is superb,cozy,it feels good , well decorated, well-equipped. We would have gladly stayed there for more than two nights. the sea is at the foot of the large terrace and you don't get tired of the back and forth of the tides. In short, happiness and luck in addition to having nice and warm weather thomas's welcome booklet is a plus that can be helpful. That the lucky ones who can enjoy it do not hesitate, the rate charged is correct for the quality of the service.

We had a fantastic time at Christine’s studio. The location is right on the beach with a breath taking view, just five minutes walk from the town centre….we arrived on Thursday and were able to experience the lovely local market on Friday with a variety of products (clothing, bags, jewellery, food….) …the people in the area are very welcoming…it does help that we speak French…there is lots to do and visit…we were only staying for 3 nights but thought next time we will stay longer as so much beautiful sites we would have loved to visit and the weather was amazing! ❤️

We had a nice stay, the accommodation was clean and well located, the view facing the sea is magnificent. We noticed a little humidity in the bedroom, maybe not ventilated enough.

We loved our stay in Quimper. The apartment was really well located , 2 minutes walk from restaurants, shops, cafes. Downtown Quimper is really beautiful. The apartment was perfect, we have nothing to say! I would recommend it without restriction! Marie-Pierre responds quickly to messages. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

We had a great week at Magali and Michel's apartment. The accommodation is located on the third and top floor with, from the terrace, a superb view of the sea, the Sables Blancs beach and the very well maintained and perfectly equipped pool, a real "plus"..Difficult to find a better location, the residence is almost on the waterfront...Nearby, everything you need to make your stay dynamic, cocktail bars, restaurants, thalassotherapy, water sports, etc...Also very well located for exploring and discovering the region. Magali and Michel are very welcoming and the practical explanations were very clear and complete. A very pleasant stay!!!

We had a great time at Annaig's who greeted us when we arrived. Even though the weather was rather cloudy the first few days, the brightness of the apartment with its terrace was super nice. The apartment is well-equipped, quiet, it met our expectations, comfortable bedding, large sofa, etc. (parking space). We were able to do the planned hikes and tours from this place. Treustel beach, which we love, was just around the corner. We fell in love with Patrick's pancakes, which he serves on site in his Food Truck (La maison du blé noir). For shopping, Combrit offers its Super U, a real local meeting place, otherwise Biocoop is not far away and local markets welcome you according to the days. Located between Pont l'Abbé and St Marine / Benodet, Ile Tudy is a delight. We'll be back at Annaig's.
