Our house is located in a small village with all shops (about 10 min walk) and close to the sea (Port des Barques and its small family beach: 6 km). Its central location between Royan and La Rochelle makes it easy to visit all the riches of the department such as the islands of Ré, Oléron, Aix, the cities of Châtelaillon, Fouras, Rochefort, Saintes or to simply enjoy the Charente coast (Ronce-les-Bains, La Palmyre...)

In the heart of the Royan–Saintes–Rochefort triangle, discover a peaceful countryside haven just 25 km from the beaches. This spacious 110 m² cottage sits on a 2-hectare 19th-century wine estate. Enjoy your private terrace and enclosed garden. From mid-April to early October, take a dip in the 27 °C heated saltwater pool, shared with only two other guests.
