This 70 m2 air-conditioned cottage consists of a large living room with equipped kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, oven, etc. You will have a bathroom with bathtub as well as a separate toilet. We welcome you to "La Coustiero" in our wonderful old village of Sauzet at the foot of the church, which will offer you a panorama ranging from the 3 peaks to Mont Ventoux. This peaceful accommodation consists of a queen size bed as well as a sofa bed for one person (or 2 children), a beautiful bathroom and a living room/kitchen area. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco...) and 10 minutes from Montélimar. You can also enjoy many hikes.

This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Small extra sofa bed in the bedroom if needed Overlooking the gardens and pool, you have direct access to the Esplanade du Tilleul for outdoor dining, and the rest of the gardens, with direct access to the forest.

Take in the views of the forest, the Château de Piégros, the mountains, and the starry sky at night. Immerse yourself in a steaming hot bath, lulled by the sounds of the forest: owls, deer... The Nordic bath is not available in summer due to the risk of fire.

We offer a 2-room apartment on the 1st floor of our villa with a terrace and beautiful views of the countryside, 700 m from village. We are located: Close to Montélimar and its nougat museums The Ardèche gorges with its Pont-d'Arc Crocodile farm and giant tortoises Chauvet Cave....... Numerous hiking trails on site including the GR42 20 minutes from the Tricastin power station. The apartment measures 48 m2 + a covered terrace of 16 m2.

Gite du Moulin

Quiet, in a typical old restored mill located in the heart of nature by the stream, not overlooked, at the foot of the CEVENNES. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.

The Bewitched
