A very pleasant stay in a very well located apartment, 2 minutes from the sea and all the shops. The apartment is clean and very well furnished. Olivier is a welcoming host and attentive to the needs of guests, we highly recommend this accommodation that we really enjoyed, we will be back with great pleasure.

Jean Paul is a great host. The information provided before our arrival was clear and accurate. He welcomed us at the time agreed together. Jean Paul is very friendly and rightly proud of his rental!! He took the time to walk us through the accommodation and showed us all the products available. The accommodation is true to the description and is very comfortable for 4 people. The bedding is of very good quality. The beds were made when we arrived and, given the drop in temperatures, he had been kind enough to adjust the heating. Everything you need for cooking, storage, tidying up (and you won't be short of storage!!) is there. You have the entire home which has a great terrace. The location is great because once your vehicle is parked in one of the public parking lots, you can forget about it!! Everything is close by: shops, beaches, entertainment. Thanks again to Jean Paul and looking forward to coming back.

Very pleasant stay with my little girl. The apartment with stunning views of the harbor is very bright and well arranged. It is close to the large beach which is a great plus to enjoy with children. A garage is at your disposal. Nevertheless, you can do everything on foot if you want to opt for an arrival by train at Saint Gilles station. Catherine is very welcoming, accommodating and attentive. I love it and come regularly to the area. I would definitely come back.

Excellent stay. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. The cottage is very beautiful, well decorated, spacious and very well-equipped (the mattresses are very comfortable). It's very quiet and it's great to have the ping-pong table and bikes. We'll come back if we come back to the area😊.

We stayed in a beautiful house, bathed in light and relaxing calm. The spaces are generous, perfectly thought out for convivial family moments. Each equipment has been carefully chosen to ensure comfort and convenience, making our stay as pleasant as possible. The location is ideal: everything can be done on foot, and discovering the city becomes a real pleasure. For outdoor enthusiasts, the bike paths along the coast offer superb views, especially towards Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie or La Tranche-sur-Mer. And for foodies, a detour to the Goulpière Farm is a must: an authentic address where you can enjoy delicious local products.

The Accommodation is very well-located and well-equipped in a beautiful setting. Johnevan is very responsive to dialogue and always available in case of request. Honestly a great host that we recommend without any worries. We will return without hesitation if the opportunity arises. If you like walking or cycling that's fine. Very nice accommodation! We had already come, it feels at home! The house is clean and very well-equipped. The garden with its terrace is pleasant and perfectly enclosed (very nice when you have a dog). And most importantly, proximity to the beach and forest is a real plus! Alexandre is responsive and gives all the information. We recommend!!!

We were welcomed by Florine. Communication was seamless and timely. Florine and her spouse were absolutely adorable, and the apartment was exactly as described in the listing, clean and functional, with some touching touches. The apartment is a little far from the city center but in a subdivision close to the sea which does not make the thing less pleasant. Perfect value for money! Ps: I recommend buying the escabeche of Eliott's hut, just below, super good! Thank you Florine!

This place, comfortable and nicely decorated, allowed us to have a pleasant stay. Very quiet environment, while being close to amenities: La Crèche, Saint-Maixent or Niort. Sylvie is a very friendly host, discreet but concerned about the well-being of the occupants. Thanks for hosting us.

Many thanks to Nadine for the great stay at Les Sables d'Olonne. We even picked up from the train station by car. A fresh brioche was waiting for us at the apartment. The apartment is centrally located in the idyllic old town on the beach promenade. We were in town to witness the launch of the Vendée Globe, but Nadine's apartment is also great for a longer stay. Highly recommend!
