Very warm, clean and comfortable space with south-west facing terrace equipped with a table and four chairs overlooking the Pornic golf course. Ideal for two people who want peace and quiet while being close to the beach (12 min/walk), the city center (18 min/walk), shops (10 min/walk). The following are available: the swimming pool. Small independent apartment within our villa. Well equipped, 1 kitchen, 1 large bedroom with bathroom and toilet. Private terrace. Access to our pool from May 1st to October 15th (heated until September 15th) Quiet and located a 5-minute drive from the harbor and beaches. INFORMATION: For people with allergies, our cat may pay you a few visits :) Please note: non-smoking residence; ashtray available for smoking on the terrace.
