Villa vacation rentals in Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa - an oasis of tranquility, high on the hills overlooking the port at La Redonne. There are multiple levels & terraces with seating areas & hammocks, & lovely views of the surrounding countryside on all sides & from the rooftop terrace. Sadly the weather was dreadful for much of our stay - chilly, windy & wet - so we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked. We paid extra to have the pool heated but the external temperature meant it still felt cold & we didn't really get to use it at all. The villa is bright, airy & spacious with a well-stocked kitchen. The living area has huge comfy couches placed to look out at the views The steep hilltop location would be a challenge without a car as the supermarket is at least 2.5 kms away. There is only one restaurant at the port & is average & overpriced. I recommend driving to l'Estaque (15 mins) for some delicious seafood. Merci beaucoup Olivia et Karine

We had a very nice stay! We were two families and the house and its layout were perfect. The garden, pool and all the little corners made our stay unbeatable. Jean Eric was a very attentive host. The day of our arrival he waited up for us until dawn (our flight was delayed). His recommendations were very accurate and he responded immediately.

We had a wonderful 11 days at this house. It looks exactly like the pictures, has everything you need, especially if you travel with kids. The trampoline and the children’s books and some toys in the house were a big plus. Communication was incredibly smooth, Gary and the team would reply right away to our messages. They were very flexible in terms of check in and even let us check out at 4pm since we had a late flight. It rained the whole time we were there and we still found it conveniently located just 20 min from Aix-en-Provence which made our stay super enjoyable. Eguilles is very small but charming. Would strongly recommend staying here, it was a wonderful experience!

Stunning views from this villa, a very relaxing and comfortable place to spend a few days.

We had a fantastic stay at Sonja's beautiful home, which was perfect for two couples. It's rare to find a place with two bedrooms, each with king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms, but this one exceeded expectations. The decor is elegant and inviting, with thoughtful touches throughout. What sets this Airbnb apart are the amenities. Sonja goes above and beyond — from a welcome gift of fruit and champagne to a generous stock of essentials that many other rentals overlook: coffee pods, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, towels, and more. While the house is tucked away in the charming village of Plan de la Tour, the road leading there is narrow and winding. Driving it during the day was manageable, but we a little tricky at night. In fact, we accidentally ended up in a ditch, but it led to meeting some of Sonja’s kind and helpful neighbors who came to our rescue. Sonja lives next door, but she was respectful of our privacy and never intrusive. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This villa was perfect for the four of us and we had a fantastic holiday at Caroline's place. The caretaker, M. Akim was really helpful and responsive and the setting couldn't have been more private and tranquil. The villa is spacious, well-furnished and well-equipped and the outside areas are perfect for outdoor dining and drinks by the pool. We loved the fact the pool is heated: normally in May/June, unheated pools in the south of France are freezing. So this was a real bonus and we used the pool everyday. Le Plan de la Tour was a new area in the Var for us and we absolutely love the location & would love to come back.

We had a pleasant stay at Paulina's. Very welcoming house, you feel good there and very pleasant outside. Paulina is a very active host. I recommend it and we will surely organize a future family weekend in her beautiful home. Thank you Paulina

A little piece of heaven! A Wow effect from the moment you arrive, between the cactus garden and the magnificent view of the mountains in front. The villa is tastefully decorated. The setting is pleasant and peaceful. A big thank you to Sophie for hosting us, her responsiveness and kindness. We all had a great time 🙌 🌵 ☀️

Emmanuelle's place is fantastic. We especially loved the garden and the pool, the outdoor kitchen and the terrace. The host is communicative and available to answer any question. We had a great time and totally recommend this Vila in Marseille.

We can’t say enough about this beautiful home. It was exactly as represented in the photos. The home was clean and comfortable but the absolute highlight is the view, which I will dream of or a very long time. Arthur is a kind and helpful host- we wanted for nothing. The pristine and peaceful beach is a five minute walk away and the pool is amazing! We will definitely return!

Antoine’s home was spectacular in person. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the space, pool and location. What a fantastic spot! They were also extremely responsive and would highly recommend for anyone considering this amazing property. Great location as well in between St.Tropez and Saint Maxime.

What a stunning place. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen is fully stocked and we cooked every night. The setting is perfect. I already miss awaking to the sounds of birds and jumping in the pool. The location is perfect for exploring by bicycle. Absolutely the best!

Patricia and Laurent are real superhosts! Incredibly friendly and accommodating, always helpful and flexible. Beautiful house in a private area, we felt at home right away. Will definitely go back at the opportunity. If I could have given them 6 stars, they would have gotten it!

Our 10 day stay at Jardin de Pierre was exquisite. The villa had absolutely everything we needed to relax, sleep well and enjoy the area. We rode 5 different bike routes right from our gate and loved the towns that we discovered. We shopped at several markets closeby and enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Veronique also gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us. Highly recommended, we plan to return.

We stayed here last year and loved it so much, we decided to return this year…it didn’t disappoint! This villa is stunning and has everything you need..very peaceful, private and has a spectacular view! Christelle was a great host, responsive and very helpful. We hope to return soon!

A luxurious oasis in the middle of the Luberon. Within a 5-10 minutes drive are the stunning towns of Gordes, Joucas, Goult and Rousillon, with L'Isle sur la Sorgue about 15-20 mins away. The first four all have terrific boulangeries for the essential early morning croissants and coffee. The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped for group dining, indoors or out. The pool is the centre attraction (although slightly on the cool side), with outdoor table tennis and darts also adding to the fun. Lots of beds and chairs around the pool to capture the sun from all angles. We've left with very special memories shared with friends and family. Thank you

I would like to thank Estelle warmly for her availability, hospitality, welcome and small touches during our stay. Estelle surprised us when we left by offering us some local sweets. During our stay, we also had the chance to eat fresh eggs. The accommodation is really nice, bright, easy to access by car, with lots of shops quickly accessible by car. The view from the terrace is also nice. I would highly recommend this place. All the best Estelle.

The villa is just superb, with lots of beds, modern and very well furnished. The outdoor area, with swimming pool, petanque court under the pines, barbecue and just as beautiful. Fanny, with whom we were in contact, was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Elisabeth and Johan's place. The views are incredible, as well as the decor, the various and varied amenities; we also appreciated the small touches of our hosts. We'll be happy to go back.

We stayed in villa cigalons in Auriol and enjoyed it very much. The villa is beautifully located in a quiet, green area with a beautiful view, really the ideal place to relax. The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped and perfectly suited for families, families and groups of friends. There is plenty of room to cook and enjoy together, both indoors and outdoors. The location is one of the biggest pluses: wonderfully quiet yet close to villages and attractions in Provence. Highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable vacation home in a beautiful setting!
