The studio (about 45 square meters) is located at the back garden of the main house. It is 12 minutes walk from the underground station (lines A4 and E4), 13 minutes away from center Paris and 30 minutes from Euro Disneyland. Shops and restaurants are within a walking distance. With an additional sofa-bed the studio can accommodate up to four people. The kitchenette makes it possible for guests to prepare their own meals. Breakfast includes fresh bread and croissants every morning.

Il compte tout le confort nécessaire pour une famille de 4 personnes. Il est constitué d'une entrée, un salon lumineux, une chambre, une cuisine, une salle de douche, un WC séparé. Le logement se trouve au 4e étage d'un immeuble ancien sans ascenseur. Linge de lit et linge de toilette fournis. Literie de haute qualité.
