Large charming stone cottage located in the pretty village of Saint Maurice d'Ardèche, next to character villages such as Vogüé, Balazuc and Lagorce, but also 12 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc. This spacious cottage will give you an air of tranquility, taking advantage of the authentic charm of Ardèche houses. Located a 3-min walk from the village bakery/delicatessen but also 5 min from a river where the Ardèche water flows, Greenway 50 m from the gîte on foot.

La Perle du Gré in Chantemerle-lès-Grignan (26)

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Maisonette with terrace

The 45 m2 cottage where you will stay is attached to our main vacation home (which we will be absent from when you come to leave you all the outdoor terrace space). It is located close to the Ardèche River. The village of Lanas is very pleasant to stay in and we never tire of coming here as the setting is soothing and there are many activities (swimming, canoeing, hiking, remarkable natural sites, labeled villages...) No doubt you will feel good there!

With its private jacuzzi for the greatest relaxation, this 70 m² cottage classified ⭐⭐⭐ as a "Gîte de France" is fully equipped to make your vacation unforgettable! On the ground floor of our typical Ardèche house, you will find a fitted kitchen, 2 cozy bedrooms, a nice sitting area, a pleasant bathroom, the 30 m² wooden terrace and its HOT TUB with breathtaking views of the hill opposite, plus a small above-ground pool area to cool off in the garden.

Private entry, bed/bath, parking, 500m to town

We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

Artemis' getaways

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.

For lovers of nature, hikes, the river or lovers altogether you will be in the heart of the southern Ardeche in one of the most beautiful villages in France. Less than 30 minutes from must-see tourist site such as the Cavernne du Pont d 'Arc, Gorge de l' Ardèche, Vallon Pont d 'Arc, Ruoms or Balazuc. But also preserved and less known site like Rochecolombe, La Belleme , Vernon.
