It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee? Comfortable ★ studio ★ At the foot of the slopes

Small studio in Les Glovettes (Villard-de-Lans) with its ski cellar at the slopes. Skis on foot in winter and from beautiful hikes! The accommodation is not large (15m2) but it is super comfortable for a couple... and a child possibly (60x180 heater available) It is located next (50m!) to the convenience store and shops, on the 5th and top floor with an elevator (no neighbors above you!). *** IMPORTANT: 01/01 check-in only from 5:30 pm ***

Apartment at the gates of Vercors

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

Beautiful independent apartment of 40 m2 completely renovated, comfortable and functional, located on the 1st floor of a village house on the pedestrian street. Rated 4 stars by Gîtes de France, it is located 100 m from a large free parking lot from where (free) shuttles will take you to the foot of the ski slopes.

La Grange au Lac Azur: the studio (with sleeping area)

Studio with sleeping area and real kitchen, refurbished in 2025. 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort (Gresse en Vercors.) Very quiet environment, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and water activities.
