Beautiful house completely renovated. Everything has been redone: facade, roof, terrace, windows, shutters, balcony, exterior staircase and veranda with foosball, ping-pong table, Jacuzzi. New kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, induction stove. Massage jet shower. Located in the heart of the city, 400 m from the SNCF train station, 10 min walk from the Prorel cable car departure, next to the bus stop and a supermarket. Beautiful garden. Garden furniture. Very nice view.

Guillestre is an ideal crossroads for mountain excursions and skiing, with the resorts of Vars and Risoul 20 minutes away (shuttles possible) + Queyras/Ecrins 30 minutes away.
