Very close to the Château de Villemonteix, the small Villa Montis is a traditional stone cottage, convenient and cozy, ideal for a stay for two. A small flower garden is arranged in front of the property so you can enjoy the sunny days. Upstairs: a spacious 18 m² bedroom-living room with new bedding. The bed is made upon arrival. On the ground floor: a kitchen-living room with a wood burning stove in the fireplace and a small shower room with a dry toilet. Enchanting surrounding setting 🍃

A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you on the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. It is a 30 m2 non-smoking accommodation with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room sleeps 3 people, with a double bed in 140 and a single bed, wifi and TV. The bathroom on the ground floor is private at the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilets at the entrance of the house are in common.

The house consists on the first level of a spacious dining room with kitchenette, a living room with solid hardwood and stone wall. As well as a separate shower room and toilet. On the second level, there is a huge bedroom with a double bed, as well as an alcove with a single bed (option to add a baby cot).
