With your feet in the water on a white sandy beach, our house is located in Terre-de-Haut in the Saintes archipelago (Guadeloupe), nestled in the heart of its wonderful bay and in the typical fishermen's district of Fond de Curé. Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

This former workshop, completely renovated, has become a lovely, cozy little house. Located close to the village, in a quiet cul-de-sac, it has a magnificent view of the valley. Renovated in an industrial style to preserve its original character, it offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a living room, and a cozy bedroom upstairs. A small terrace will allow you to enjoy the view. Free parking in front of the house. A true haven of peace!

Welcome to our warm and cozy apartment, located in an early 1900s stone building. Just a 5-minute walk from downtown, this townhouse combines old-world charm with modern comforts. Want to get out in nature? You are only a 2-minute walk from the Courtille pond, perfect for a walk or a relaxing time. Mountain biking and hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the Maupuy site. The high school is also a one-minute walk away.

Charming little Creusois cottage

A cozy little cottage where it's nice to land after a long walk in the forest or after going around the pond of the mill. The house consists on the first level of a spacious dining room with kitchenette, a living room with solid hardwood and stone wall. As well as a separate shower room and toilet. On the second level, there is a huge bedroom with a double bed, as well as an alcove with a single bed (option to add a baby cot).

It will seduce you with its modern layout in a building full of charm, for gatherings with friends or good times with family. Ideally located, the cottage will allow you to discover the famous Aubusson tapestries, Lake Vassivière or the Millevaches plateau.
