Situated in a small hamlet just outside the historic town of Domfront in the Normandy countryside this lovely holiday home consists of a large kitchen diner with fireplace and a lounge with a fireplace with wood burner on the ground floor. On the first floor are two light and airy en-suite double bedrooms, one has bunk beds. All rooms have views of the large garden that surrounds the property with several seating areas and a graveled terrace for outside dining. Plunge pool available in summer.

You will be able to see many wild animals: does, deer, fawns, etc., mushroom picking, 5 bedrooms (2 queen size beds 160X200)/3 bathrooms/3 toilets/a very modern, fully equipped kitchen. Pool table, ping-pong table, 12 mountain bikes, darts, badminton net, 4 m / 2.10 m / 81 cm deep above-ground pool.

From the accommodation, you can stroll through the heart of the city and discover its historic castle and bucolic park. You will find shops nearby (bar, restaurants, bakery...). The accommodation has a private bicycle room and free parking is available nearby.

You are a 3-minute drive from the medieval city where you can discover beautiful hidden courtyards, the ruins of the castle, the watchtowers... You can also walk there via the 100-step trail!

Mini gîte "Le petit fournil" in Normandy

Our old bakery is part of our farmhouse. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, an attic bedroom has 3 independent beds. Outside, our guests have access to a private terrace with garden furniture. Wi-Fi is free. Breakfast (peasant bread, jam) is available on request for 5 euros per person. Close to the greenway, walkers will appreciate this stop.
