The Otter Lake Cottage is in a small fishing village with beaches 6mi. It sets on 3/4 acre with a concrete grill area out back ,plenty of parking space if you want to bring your boat canoe or bikes. Large covered porch on the front. There is beautiful rivers for canoeing or swimming, great fishing it is also less than a mile away from the Gulf. Wakulla has great Seafood restaurant'syou can dine over the water or by it. We have a park for kids and the Gulf Marine lab where they can touch and learn about sea turtles and all marine life. This is the perfect place to have a quiet get away. Otter Lake is a great place to walk it has bald eagles bird trails walking trails a great place for picnics. It's located in the national forest just down the rd.

Unplugged

Experience old Florida in this 1950's 1 bedroom 1 bathroom bungalow located on a tropical spit along the Forgotten Coast. Unplugged sits nestled in between the Gulf of Mexico and Alligator Harbor with beach on one side and a bay-side boat ramp on the other. The house sleeps two in the main bedroom, two on a sofa bed in the living area, and has a small bunk room off the porch that can accommodate two children. Sorry, we do not accept pets.

Nirvana provided a great week’s vacation for my family of 5 (3 teens). Loved being right on the beach. Lots of fishing and dolphin watching. Beach is rocky but we went for the seclusion that you can’t get on 30A. We loved the area. Tried Angelo’s and Salty Donkey. We went to Bald Point for sunsets like having a private beach.

David and his wife were welcoming when we first arrived. They were also flexible with an early check-in, which was helpful! The accommodations had all the listed amenities and the location was serene and private. Overall, great short stay and would highly recommend to others!👌🏾

This townhouse was spotless and 5 steps from the sandy beachfront. The view couldn't have been better. When comparing prices of a hotel stay, I will always choose this accommodation in the future.

We stumbled onto this place looking for somewhere we could have dinner after our son's FSU graduation. This is a totally different experience that more than met our expectations. Fortunately, we got to meet the owner who gave us a personal tour. Our family will forever remember our time here. We will definitely be back!!!
