I was extremely happy and satisfied with the place. For parking matters, ask in advance, you can purchase a full-time parking permit for the blue zone in the municipality, 3 minutes walk away. I would check in with Elisabeth again anytime. TOP

We were late for our scheduled check-in and our host adapted without any problems. We were greeted with courtesy and were able to communicate in English. During the check-in visit, the owner took the time to explain how the apartment's equipment works. On site, coffee refills and a base of sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar for cooking and a welcome gift in the refrigerator. Well decorated and very equipped apartment. Premium bedding. We had a quiet stay, the owner was very discreet, no noise in the house. We can only recommend this address where we feel that everything has been thought out in detail to accommodate in the best conditions.

The contact with Dorothee was straightforward and friendly. Check-in was flexible and the apartment was very nicely decorated and clean. I would come back anytime and recommend the place. Many thanks, dear Dorothee!

Highly recommended. Beautiful view of the lake and mountain panorama. Great central starting point for all kinds of activities in Switzerland. Very friendly and easily accessible host who responded quickly with solutions. Very nice and clean place to stay. We will be happy to come back.

Wonderful apartment and private terrace. Berti was a fabulous host and made our stay perfect. There were welcome drinks and the kitchen had basic supplies - very handy. We particularly liked the powerful shower! Would definitely recommend this stay.

Heinz was very accommodating with the possibility of earlier, more flexible check-in due to night train arrival. Very hospitable in general. The accommodation is within walking distance about 10 minutes from the train station and also from the city center. It has everything you need. Very lovingly decorated. And even: garbage separation available.

picturesque surroundings on rolling hills, like in the listed photos. serene environment with birds chirping, well ventilated home, and spacious for 3 to 5 people. lovely home, feel at home, washed clothes dried in a few hours. generous with towels, toiletries. hosted by a young couple, responsive, and ready to help when needed. the house is about 20 mins to Gais Station by walk. we were kindly met at the station and sent off from the station. with beautiful neighbourhood, daily walks to and from the station became enjoyable. we didnt take up the offer by the host to use their lectric bicycle. the host is humble to listen to suggestions, if any. we stayed there for 4 nights 9th June - 12th June 2025. Gais is well connected to other places , well worth iy to get the Oskar Guest Card through the host, chf 17 for an adult and half price effort kid 16 years old or below. a memorable stay, highly recommended, for revisit too! a big thank you to Marcel and Johanna for hosting us.

Great apartment in a very nice location! The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail for tourists and no questions remain unanswered. We were there with 6 people for 2 nights and were very satisfied!

Our stay at Janine‘s home was beyond anything we could have imagined. The setting is heavenly. We hardly wanted to leave the house. The surrounding area is absolutely amazing for hiking, which was the purpose of our trip. Janine greeted us when we arrived and spoke with us in perfect English, which was very helpful. Janine was helpful all throughout our stay giving us hiking recommendations as well as local eateries! The pictures on the website absolutely do not do the home justice. Every single person we met in the area was beyond kind and friendly.

Spectacular location and a house that matches.. we had a lovely time, very well designed and built house, takes fully advantage of the beautiful scenery out side, highly recommended.. PS.. this applies for only during May-June ‘25 as the road in front of the house is getting repaired, it is important to note that there is only walking access to the house. This means that guests will need to carry their luggage for certain sections of the route from the parking lot.. just to provide clarity there is no option to drag your wheeled luggage to the house, it will need to be carried. Just wanted to provide this clarity as I thought this was assumed by us.. although the host had communicated to use about the access but this aspect was not clarified.

The communication with Gerda before and during the stay is fine. Upon arrival, she showed us everything and explained everything. Gerda is very kind and very helpful. She insists not to ask for anything. She responds quickly to our questions and check in between if everything is to your liking. The apartment is beautifully decorated and in impeccable condition. You can feel right at home. The rooms are large and modern. There is a very large garden with stunning mountain views. All in all, highly recommend.

The apartment is in a quiet location and equipped with everything you might need. We especially liked the view of breeding storks from the room window - sweet!

Had a great time at Ailine's place. Close to Lake Constance (i.e. Bodensee), Ravensburg and Friedrichshafen. Halfway between Munich and Freiburg (Black Forest) and 30-60 Minutes to Austria and Switzerland.

We were in St. Peterzell for a short trip with the vintage car to explore the area from there. The charming Toggenburg, Lake Constance, St. Gallen. The old house is lovingly and very originally renovated and we enjoyed living in it. Everything you need was available and even more, such as records, not played for ages :-) The house was sparkling clean and in every corner we discovered new beautiful things. People over 1.80 m have to duck their heads in the rooms (classic house just for the area...) Adeline immediately inquired whether we had everything and was immediately available for questions. We would come back, thank you very much!

We had a wonderful stay in Bregenz! Annemarie is a very warm and accommodating host. The communication went smoothly and the check-in via key box worked wonderfully thanks to the detailed instructions. We felt right at home. The house has a fantastic location overlooking the lake and a feel-good atmosphere, the city center and restaurants are within walking distance, even if a bit of a slope has to be covered on the way home. The furnishings are high quality and you have everything you need. We'd love to come back and highly recommend it :)

Lovely and spacious apartment, the hosts were very kind and friendly!

Really nice appartment perfectly located in Walenstadt. It's a two-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen and both roomy bathroom and living/diningroom. Highlight is the nice view from the living room as well as the outside area. Fully and well equipped: comfortable beds, the kitchen incl. dish-washing and coffee machines, living room featuring TV incl. gaming console, grill in the exterior area. Some details went beyond expectations: bathroom with pleasant toileteries, complete equipment to grill outside. Location is really convenient. Aprox 10 min walk from both the centre of Walenstadt, as well as from the lake and the big playground for the kids. The area is residential area, at the very end of street hence quite and reassuring for the kids playing outside. Michaela was a wonderful host, preparing the appartment up to details, and also answering questions and helping us to make the stay even more convenient. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We had the best time at this place! The layout was much larger than it looks. We had plenty of space. The tap water was so fresh to drink. It was close to all the attractions. It was so clean! The view of the mountains and castle was perfect. We had the best time!

Our family of 5 used Nicole's place in Unterterzen as a home base to visit Switzerland. The apartment was clean, larger than we expected based on the pictures and description, and easily walkable to the train station and grocery store. The kitchen was very well appointed compared to other Airbnb's. The lake and surroundings are grogeous, with easily walkable paths and is close to the Gondola up to Flumersberg and the ferry to other cities around the lake. Everything at the apartment was operational and instructions from Nicole for checkin / checkout were very clear. Nicole was responsive to any questions and needs. We very much enjoyed our stay in Unterterzen and had many memorable experiences we will carry for the rest of our lives.

The apartment was exactly like the pictures. It was easy to find, very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

The place was easy to find and is located in a beautiful area that invites you to walk. It was quiet and the place was clean and lovingly furnished. The hosts also responded quickly, which, however, was only shown to me when I was back in the apartment, since I had limited Internet on my cell phone while traveling. 😅 You just have to see how you want to walk from the train station to the accommodation. We walked different paths these days and then found the perfect path for us. In addition, the surroundings are so beautiful that we also quickly forgot how much we actually walked. What we also had to pay attention to was that we did not bring any animals into the accommodation. 😅😂 There was a situation where we wanted to open the front door and then a frog was sitting at the bottom of the door. Fortunately, we saw it in time. I can definitely recommend it 🙏🙏

My apartment was in a great location. perfect for riding my bicycle. The apartment is very comfortable with everything one needs.
