Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Saint Margarets Bay

Lots of extra touches. Wonderful welcome basket that even included dog toys and treats (including wine for the 2-legged guests). Loved having the washer/dryer to use (when you are travelling this is really nice). Overall very positive experience.

Helen’s place was exactly as pictured plus many more lovely additions in terms of available supplies and even food items! Helen emphasized how everything in the apartment was for myself and guest to use, making us feel right at home and very welcomed. Parking is easy and steps from the main entrance of the unit. This is a very spacious place with comfy beds while also being only a short distance from the bustle of downtown Halifax!

Sarah and I loved our weekend away from the city! Was definitely needed! Was a great place to unwind and relax!

Honestly, this place is gorgeous! I could have sat by the water for hours. But my family had too much fun catching up and playing games inside. Everything was perfect - clean and exactly as described. I can’t wait to go back.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was great, and Dorreine was extremely responsive, accommodating and friendly. We asked to check in a bit early and there was no issue at all! The house was extremely clean and had everything you would need and more. Lots of extra linens and towels. The house is in a very nice neighbourhood and although busy was very quiet. Our family would definitely stay here again.

this place was as advertised. close to shops, restaurants, transit, parks. very walkable location and amenties near by. Suite was cosy and warm. quiet. Well appointed with stove and full size fridge. Sara was quick to respond with any inquiries. I would definitely stay here again.

Shelley and Julian are fantastic hosts. They really helped make our stay enjoyable. They are very responsive and friendly. The place was in a great spot and we were able to walk to all our destinations.

Jeremy, Monique and I loved staying in your cozy 2 bedroom apt. It was close to everything (walking distance) the food and sight seeing around the downtown core were also good!! My Husband and I were very pleased with our accommodation for our stay in Wolfville. It was a nice walk to the many restaurants Wolfville has to offer. Karla has put a lot of thought into making sure her accommodation is well stocked with not only the necessities but many extra amenities to ensure a seamless stay. We will certainly book again if need be.

Cheng was incredibly accommodating. She was attentive to all concerns, quick to respond and helpful in making sure our stay was as easy and comfortable as possible.

This apartment is really well equipped, functional and rather clean. The bed is extremely confortable and the smart TV offers everything you can think of ! But what's more important is that Jimmy reply almost immediately, is comprehensive and is paying close attention to its clients.

The house was very lovely as the photos showed, with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom. The host has provided snacks and coffee in the kitchen ☺️ My friend and I enjoyed our morning coffee a lot. Thanks very much for hosting us.

Beautiful condo as described in the pictures. Reading area was well stocked. Weekend was not enough time to enjoy the books. Excellent location to explore the city.

We loved Jeanne’s condo. It was very comfortable and in a great location. Could walk around the little town of Mahone Bay, or enjoy the view from the balcony.

Had a great stay at Angela’s place. Very smooth check-in, Angela was very friendly and accommodating. For the apartment, the attention to detail was excellent. You can really tell this is a “home” that’s looked after well and has been lived in. Gizmos and amenities in all the places they should be, whether it was little hooks for towels, the kitchen scales/appliances/utensils or the clock in the bedroom. These are all small details, but really make it feel homely- everything seemed to be where it should be! Highly recommend!

Everything was just as it should be. Great views. Emily was prompt and helpful in providing a couple of extra things we requested. Very nice place for a winter get away!

Our stay at Sally’s was fantastic, we would definitely come back. We were 3 adults and a baby. Sally’s place was perfect for us; private, convenient, with all the amenities, a little backyard… very adapted for a family with a child. Sally was very responsive and flexible. The location in downtown Halifax was perfect to visit the site (everything was less than 10min away!) and the garage to park the car was a big plus considering all the construction in the city and around the appartement. We had a few issues with some appliances; the fridge was leaking inside on the top shelf and the dishwasher leaked on the floor when we started it, so we couldn’t use it. Minor issues that I’m sure Sally will fix for the next tenants. Thanks again for everything Sally.

Exactly like the photos. Spotless place. Stunning views. Morgan was also super flexible and understanding letting us check out a bit late on our last day.

Great location for moving university kids in and out of residence. Secure building, beautiful view. Great to have parking which was easy to use even with intermediate SUV. Overall very pleased. Would recommend and would stay here again.
