Located 10 minutes from Mortagne au Perche and Bellême, two towns classified as small towns of character. You can admire the basilica of Notre Dame de Montligeon, 10 minutes from the studio. Lovers of history and old stones, you can see many mansions in the region. We are close to the forests of Bellême, Réno Valdieu, as well as the greenway, ideal for quiet bike rides. Many local producers: Cider mill, cheese maker, organic vegetables & others.

⚠️ Before booking, please note that the accommodation is equipped with a DRY TOILET ⚠️ In addition, access to the room is via a fairly steep miller's ladder (see photo). In the heart of Perche, close to all shops, close to Mortagne au Perche and Mêle sur Sarthe, this duplex will combine functionality and calm of the countryside. A few steps from the greenway, this studio is ideal for stopping during a hike, bike ride or horseback ride.

I rent my country house, large house in the Perche with fireplace, pellet stove, central gas heating, near the Réno forest, large unheated pool, petanque court, ping-pong table, very beautiful and large garden with trees and flowers. I provide bed sheets, hand and bath towels as well as condiments, salt, pepper, oil, etc. And I make the beds for your arrival to be even more enjoyable!
