You will enjoy its large garden without overlooking neighbors, the shade of its oaks, and the local wildlife (birds, squirrels...). The calm of nature will recharge your batteries. Its park, its private beach with direct access to the river offer many activities: swimming (progressive water level), fishing, canoeing (at your disposal). Nearby hiking trails will offer you nice walks.

The independent chalet is located on our 7000 m² plot of land adjoining our house.

La Belle Hélène, in the heart of the charming little village of Souel, is an old house, in white stone which in the 19th century was the village bistro. On the ground floor, you will find a large Louis XIII dining room with a fireplace, a small TV lounge, the kitchen and a bathroom with toilet.
