Au 1er étage sans ascenseur, plein de lumière naturelle, donnant sur une petite cour très calme. Se compose d'un séjour, d'une chambre, d'une cuisine équipée semi-ouverte sur le salon, une salle de bain avec WC, une petite entrée.

Located in the Rigolots district of Vincennes, this apartment is close to all amenities (Post Office, Restaurants, Shops...) just 600 meters from Bois de Vincennes and a 15-minute walk from RER A and Metro – Château de Vincennes. Bus stop (118-124) at the foot of the building. There is no parking, but free spaces are available on Rue Pasteur, which is close to my street.

Quiet little nest Studio (entire home)

on the sixth floor, elevator, overlooking a very quiet courtyard. Refurbished. Very "safe" (especially if you are a woman). I live in the building. Ideal for exploring the city of Paris, but also our very Parisian and very friendly neighborhood. Lots of small shops and transport. I'd love to give you all the tips and advise you on the best places in the neighborhood. I'm flexible on check-in and check-out times and I can store your luggage.

Vélib station in front of the house (Paris's electric bikes for rent). MyCanal & Netflix on big screen TV.

You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfy bed (160), and the comfort. .Attention anyway 6th floor without lift! so a little complicated for people with physical difficulties.Vincennes is a nice city very quiet .. Served by the highway, metro line 3 (10-min walk) and line 11 (15-min walk) and 8 minutes from the tram, you will be in the center of Paris in a few minutes (30 minutes). We are in the eastern suburbs, next to Paris.
