It was a great stay for us as a group of 7. you had everything you wished for, plenty of space and privacy for everyone, practical kitchen and functional bathrooms. also being walking distance from one the nicest beach on the island - Heywoods beach - is a great plus!

Number 1 Palm Grove !…what a great place for a family! There were six of us and we had plenty of space . The pool was beautiful to come back to and kept really clean,and the garden was immaculate. The bathrooms were modern ..and everything worked properly!…with white fluffy towels..and face flannels ! We like to go for picnics ..and there were 2 cool boxes !..10/10 from me ! In fact ..there’s nothing we didn’t like !❤️

It would be easy to end up in the wrong area or with a bland villa in Barbados, but Mustard Seed is ideal on both counts. Sally at Chestertons was extremely helpful, this is not the cheapest holiday, but you definitely get what you pay for. Everything was made safe for children - we had a toddler in the group - and the very well appointed rooms had quirkiness and an authentic tropics vibe. Walkable excellent beach and restaurants, but I would recommend the concierge service for airport transfers, initial food shopping and car hire. You're better with your own car. Great holiday, great villa, great host.

Incredible villa in an amazing location walkable to beautiful Gibbes Bay and Mullins Beach. Plenty of space for three generations of our family to celebrate a big birthday. The gardens are mature and so lovely. We saw monkeys and humming birds regularly from the deck. Clean and tidy, we wanted for nothing. The pool was delightful and very well maintained. Communication with Sarah was absolutely brilliant, and her recommendations top drawer! Can’t fault our stay at all- I sincerely hope we will be back again soon, thank you. *****

Very good position across from a beautiful beach. Sun loungers provided to take with us and beach towels. Donna is lovely and communication was easy. The garage nearby was reasonably priced for essentials. I would recommend CCs on a Monday night, lovely food and good entertainment, we danced on the beach! A trip to Speightstown is also a must do ..try Kaboose for a fish cutter lunch.

Really enjoyed our stay at Adela's beautiful cottage, we were so surprised when the gates opened revealing the most beautiful tropical garden complete with parrots, humming birds and the occasional family of monkeys passing through! The space and layout of the cottage worked really well for us and we very much appreciated how well equipped it was, both inside and out. It is a short walk to the beautiful Gibbs beach and close to Mullins beach - also walkable, where you have The Sea Shed restaurant and the wonderful Adrian's Corner, where you can hire sunbeds and who make brilliant Pina Coladas! We now feel that we have found our home from home in Barbados and have already booked for next year!

Everything was as described and the place was beautiful. The beach was at the bottom of the driveway. Kirk was very responsive and made instructions as well as check-in and check-out very seamless. Will be booking again!

We had the most amazing stay at Neil's place and would go back in a heartbeat! The cottage is beautiful, peaceful, spacious and clean with everything that you require. The location is excellent with a 5 min walk to Mullins Beach and lovely restaurants. There is a local shop down the road where you can buy small bits that you require, the bigger supermarket is approx. a 5 min drive away. Neil was super responsive and organised for a lovely taxi driver, called Kenmore, who took us to and from the airport. We can't wait to visit again!

Spacious, a real home from home in a tranquil tropical location with a wonderful veranda and surrounding views. Close to the beach and local amenities for food shopping and local dinning. Had all of the amenities and furniture fittings you’d have at home so you felt tight at home. Have already recommended Peter’s place to family and friends and those who visited us while we were there were equally impressed. Peter was a great host, helpful and responsive to any queries I had, even provided a picking tool for the mangoes that had just come into season and I love mangoes! Hopefully, I’ll be returning myself in the near future, need I say more, cheers Peter.

just spent a fabulous two weeks at Hayley and Logan's villa. It was exactly like the photos and description with everything and more needed for 2 week stay. It was safe and secure with lovely swimming pool and wonderful beach where we spent most afternoons. There is supermarket some 5 minute walk with an abundance of restaurants and things to see nearby. We hired a car for a few days and there's a private parking space. However the buses are plentiful and cheap. The staff in the complex were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. We would highly recommend this wonderful villa and we are already planning our next visit. We even got to swim with the turtles on Schooner Bay beach which was amazing and the end to a wonderful holiday.

Excellent 2 week stay at this amazing apartment. It has everything you need and more. Spacious fully equipped, air conditioned apartment. We loved the private pool and garden. Was wonderful to sit on the terrace and were lucky enough to be visited by the monkeys. And Mullins beach is only two minutes down the steps. We went there a lot. Also so handy to have a shower at the gate to the complex when coming back from the beach. Would recommend Adrian's Bar if you like a more authentic Caribbean bar. Loved the area as it was more closer to what we like about the Carribbean. Some of Barbados is a bit too developed with high end restaurants and hotels. Unlike our previous experience in the region in Guadeloupe and Martinique. We bypassed the overpriced places and went to Bomba's restaurant with a view that is hard to beat. Also Caboose beach bar in Speightstown has great Fish cutters. The Jamaican Jerk place is also brilliant. Overall a fabulous apartment in a great location

This truly felt like a home away from home—everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay was right there. The compound was spacious and peaceful, and even though the apartment is close to the shared pool, we were never disturbed by noise. While the beach directly in front of the apartment wasn’t ideal, the location is perfect and within a short drive of the beautiful beaches and restaurants between Holetown and Speightstown if you have a rental car. We did run into a small issue with the entry code and figuring out how to lock the apartment, but Becky and the property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful. Also, a helpful tip: if you’re getting cold water in the shower, make sure the water heater by the washer is switched on! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our week in Barbados. It was extremely close to the best beaches and restaurants in the area and it had everything we could possibly need. Ryan greeted us on arrival and showed us around. He even invited us to tag along to the local supermarket to make sure we knew where to go! Through the week, we used lots of Ryan's recommendations for places to eat and they were all fantastic. The apartment is right in between the stunning and peaceful Gibbes Beach and the livelier Mullins Beach. It was literally a 5 minute stroll to both. We really enjoyed how peaceful the apartment was as it is set quite a way back from the road. The garden is stunning and it was a pleasure to sit on the terrace with our breakfast, watching the birds (and occasionally monkeys!). The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It was pleasantly cool but had a very efficient ceiling fan and/or air conditioning if needed. Great place - great hosts!

We loved this tastefully decorated and restful Villa and have already booked it for next year. Chanel and her team were so helpful, proactive and caring. She even came to our rescue when our flight was cancelled and we needed to extend the stay. Pool was lovely and quiet and the people we met around Schooner Bay were very friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

We LOVED our time at Leslee's place! It is very close to the beach, not even a 5-minute walk across the street. The beach nearby was our favorite that we visited, clear and calm water, beautiful palm trees, and very secluded (often times we were the only people on the beach). There were a few restaurants in walking distance like Larry Rogers, Bombas, and Sea Shed - all of which we enjoyed. The place is right between Holetown and Speightstown, and was a quick drive to everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend renting a rental car - we rented the car through Leslee, which made the experience seamless! Overall, was a stunning airbnb equipped with all of the beach necessities and everything we could have needed!

We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, we felt comfortable straightaway. Easy access to the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The buses pass right by and the yellow buses you can just put your hand out and they stop. For 3 bananas dollars fifty, which is roughly £1.30, you can travel as far as the bus goes. Restaurants we loved Local and co in Speighstown, the fish pot just past same. SeaCat and Tides in Holetown were lovely. I have to say that I lost the safe key and got onto Katie, who asked Ann her ‘fixer’ to come round. It all happened very quickly and efficiently and at very reasonable cost with a lock smith. Thanks Ann and Katie. Would highly recommend this apartment.

We really loved our stay here. The apartment is fully equipped with absolutely everything you would need and more. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are all fitted out to the highest standard. It was ideally located for us with a 5 minute walk to Mullins beach and local bars/restaurants. A 10 minute stroll into Speightstown and a 15 drive/bus into Holetown. We would definitely recommend and will definitely return

Sarah's home is a GEM, simply beautiful, amazing, relaxing & superbly located in a private & peaceful area. It felt much bigger than the photos described, we felt very at home, lots of space/ bathrooms. Super comfy beds, linen & towels pristine & plentiful. The balcony was huge it has stunning views which were breathtaking, so relaxing. We were able to see the pool from our balcony which is handy to check-in on my youngest who couldn't get enough. The pool was spotless & cleaned regular. Gibbes beach was very close less than 10mins walk, Mullins extra 10min & lots of places to eat CCs etc. We visited Speightsown, Oistins, Bridgetown & Holetown mostly by bus, the yellow one. it was fab. Took the Blue bus to Bridgetown & has WiFi (blue bus is Government) have exact money drivers do not handle cash, fare is placed directly in pay box (no change given) Big supermarket in Holetown has everything. Collis was fantastic aswell as Marcia. We look forward to returning Thank you Sarah Jacinta

The home was comfortable, the amenities gave us what we needed, the location is great, the price is right, and Kalista is amazing. We had newborns with us, and in addition to managing the property it turned out she was available to help with daycare and the babies loved her! Plus a 8-10 min walk to one of the best restaurants on the island with plenty of others nearby.

Ian’s place was simply beautiful. It was in a great location - walking distance to Mullins Beach. 10mins from Speightstown. 5mins to Haymans Market (u must go) 30 min drive from the airport. Check in and check out was easy using a lock box. The garden was spectacular. Suzette came by once to clean change sheets and towels etc. Oddy the gardener was such a lovely guy. Having the use of a washer and dryer was really helpful. We stayed for 8 nights and 9 days. Will easily stay there again! Thank you Ian, we loved your place!

Sandy View was a beautifully furnished and well appointed condo with ample space for 3 couples. The views from the balcony across the beach were stunning. Volney was fantastic and got us some shopping in for our arrival as the supermarkets were closed early on the Sunday. She serviced the condo regularly and promptly address an issue with the hot water. The booking process was easy and Richard was really helpful before we arrived offering advice on transportation and restaurants. The beach was lovely but be sure to go to Heywood’s beach just 10 mins walk from the condo to the right. Two supermarkets close by were great. I would recommend Baia, Local&Co snd Sand Street Bistro as well as the pizzas at Orange Street Grocer. Pier One about a 1 mile walk right from the condo offers lovely sunbeds and a pool free if you eat there. I would highly recommend @Shasacatamarancruises for a private charter to snorkel and swim with turtles with your food and bar included. Really good value.

We loved our stay at Post St Charles. The pools are great and the beaches beautiful. Apartment 260 is just as described, with everything you could need and in a great location. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and hope to return soon.

Beautiful BNB! Across the street from Mullins Beach, private, quiet, but still close to the great local restaurants. Rosé was absolutely lovely and we really appreciated her quick response time and kindness. We loved this place and will definitely be back!
