Amazing place! 5 minute drive from the beach and amazing view!

Everything was very nice. Great hosts, cozy neighbourhood with great view of Victoria and surrounding mountains!

Great little place to stay and a great host. Easy to walk to the beach and to restaurants in the area. Aircons in rooms worked fine to cool you down. Kitchen has most of what you need to be self sufficient. Emily's son can also help out with local travel. Water pressure in the showers were a bit low, but I don't believe this is specific to the location, more of an area thing.

My stay with Marlaine and Alexandr was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel at home with their warm hospitality and genuine kindness. They are truly some of the best hosts I've ever met - helpful, friendly, and always ready with great advice to make the most of my time on Mahe. The apartment itself is spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged, making it perfect for both short and long stays. It has everything you need to feel comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious Creole dinner they prepared for me several times. It was a fantastic experience, sharing great food and conversation with such wonderful people. Additionally I was able to feed giant tortoise which leave in the garden with fruits! The location is also ideal - just a short walk to one of the best beaches on the island. Plus, there are grocery shop and a bus stop. This place is a true gem, and I would highly recommend. I hope to return again!
