Small house attached to our farmhouse. You can enjoy your nature stay in complete autonomy where the fauna and flora are still well preserved (hiking, cycling, mountain biking, canoeing...). 15 minutes from the Magny-Cours circuit, 10 minutes from the Lurcy-Lévis circuit. You will find all amenities 10 minutes away. You will have access to the garden where you can meet our dog and our two cats who complete the family. La Fraise Sereine with Jacuzzi

This single-story cottage, with private spa. Air-conditioned. Ground floor: Kitchen open to the living room. The living room has a sofa bed that can sleep an additional 2 people at a rate of €15/person per night. Suitable for people with reduced mobility. Electric heating included. The pluses of the cottage: Sheets provided and beds made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning and towels included. A second cottage for 4 to 6 people is adjoining if needed for a total of 10 people.

An enchanted enclave in the heart of the city, less than a 5-minute walk to the train station and tourist center. The 2 bedrooms, very spacious, each have a 160 x 200 bed and a desk. A large sofa offers the 5th bed. A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, offers an ideal living space to enjoy a hearty breakfast.

Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.
