Small house attached to our farmhouse. You can enjoy your nature stay in complete autonomy where the fauna and flora are still well preserved (hiking, cycling, mountain biking, canoeing...). 15 minutes from the Magny-Cours circuit, 10 minutes from the Lurcy-Lévis circuit. You will find all amenities 10 minutes away. You will have access to the garden where you can meet our dog and our two cats who complete the family. This single-story cottage, with private spa. Air-conditioned. Ground floor: Kitchen open to the living room. The living room has a sofa bed that can sleep an additional 2 people at a rate of €15/person per night. Suitable for people with reduced mobility. Electric heating included. The pluses of the cottage: Sheets provided and beds made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning and towels included. A second cottage for 4 to 6 people is adjoining if needed for a total of 10 people.

A large sofa offers the 5th bed. A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, offers an ideal living space to enjoy a hearty breakfast.

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

A wonderful stay at Château de Paraize: staying in the French countryside with beautiful views of the horses in the fields. The river Allier is within walking distance, enjoy beautiful nature, old towns, wine estates, markets with good food or flea markets. Or bbq with us at Paraize itself, participate in a wine tasting in the old wine cellar by candlelight, or just enjoy the campfire.
