Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Légier-La Chiésaz

I consider myself lucky to have discovered this quiet oasis in the vineyards of Vallamand. Naomi and Romain were there when I needed them and left enough privacy, even though they live in the same house. The interaction was very pleasant. The studio is a perfect place for singles with a need for rest as well as for couples to experience a change of scenery and enjoy the most beautiful view of Lake Murten and the vineyard landscape. The garden seating area is like another world, the furnishings are simple, but very atmospheric. A Denner is easily accessible nearby via a walk. I would love to come back another time, because I feel reborn after the stay. Thank you so much Naomi and Romain for the wonderful stay!

it's a place in good fantastic season. the vision of the lake every day is a living picture. Swim there without a wow crowd. 2 good restaurants. the famous nets of perch of the lake, with a view of a treat. small town where it's nice to stay. there are lots of beautiful discoveries around the France or Switzerland side.

We loved the place ! We used it as our base to explore Switzerland with a eurail train pass, did day trips to Zurich, Basel, Geneva, Lauterbrunnen, Thun, Interlaken and Bern. Walkable distance from the train station, also a beautiful walk in a pretty village circled by mountains. The place was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. Very friendly host, was responsive and gave clear instructions. We even had a binder explaining how to use the ameneties and with local recommandations. Would go back if I was to travel to Switzerland again !

Nothing to say except thank you to Thomas for hosting us, his kindness and availability. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, it is a peaceful place with breathtaking scenery. We felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Go there without so much as a second thought!

Maria and Jean Marc are welcoming, very friendly and discreet people who immediately make you feel right at home. The small house is very comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was a real pleasure for me to have stayed there.

I had a very lovely time in Montreux at Gwendoline’s apartment. I can say that this has been my best Airbnb stay so far. The apartment is so beautifully done, spacious enough for two people. It has a balcony and a lake view which is so pretty. It is just 10 mins away from the city centre so very convenient to go see all the attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment if you’re in the area.

Very nice modern apartment that is equipped with everything (and more) you need! There are also the many little things that make up the apartment - in addition to the huge one! Bathroom and tasteful decor. We didn't use the outdoor seating area - but this would also be great!

What an incredible retreat! This Airbnb stands out as my favorite for a reason. The stunning location offered an unparalleled view, a true 10/10 that provided the most serene backdrop for my much-needed downtime. It was genuinely the perfect place to completely recharge. The Airbnb itself had everything I could possibly need, whether for a short getaway or a longer stay. Rudolf was a flawless host, full of invaluable local insights that made exploration even better. I particularly enjoyed the gorgeous hiking trails accessible right from the property and the lovely stroll into town. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

A big thank you to Chantal for hosting us and for this superb accommodation! This was our first trip with a child, and everything was perfectly suitable for the three of us. Many toys and books are available for the enjoyment of the little ones, which allowed us to spend a timeless weekend. The accommodation also has many amenities for children of all ages (high chair, booster...), which is really appreciated. The house is ideally located, less than a 10-minute drive from the center of Gruyères and its castle. You'll find a host of guides and ideas for outings suitable for children; a real plus for families. The accommodation is impeccably clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the spacious kitchen makes it easy to cook throughout the stay. All in a quiet setting, with a magnificent view of the mountains. A lockbox allows you to be flexible on check-in and checkout times.

Highly authentic and tranquil property that feeds the soul. Remote without being isolated. Outstanding views and location for being in nature. I stayed for 5 weeks and fully enjoyed my stay and would recommend if you love outdoor living / activities. My only build would be to install Wifi as its a mandatory for remote working, mapping hiking routes and media entertainment in the evenings etc.

The view from the balcony is breathtaking. From Thollon, Geneva, Lausanne and Montreux can be reached in up to an hour's drive/ferry. We highly recommend taking the cable car up to enjoy the breathtaking view over Lake Geneva and the mountains. The restaurant offers very delicious food and drinks. Christiaan is very friendly and is always available. Thanks a bunch I'm sure we'll be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Ivanka's condo. We were looking for something serene and peaceful, and we found exactly that! You have an amazing view of the lake and surrounding mountains, and the huge balcony allows for a total submersion into the surrounding nature. I particularly enjoyed the hanging chair on the balcony. We also really appreciated that we had everything we needed; we did not have to want for anything. The space was spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked. Ivanka was also extremely responsive, always under 10 minutes, and this was so lovely. She gave excellent suggestions and made the check-in and check-out process seamless. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Ivanka!

Wonderful studio apartment with a real bohemian vibe. So peaceful, a chance to experience a different kind of life to that in the big city.

Thierry’s place was amazing! Everything was very well prepared and Thierry was very quick to respond to any questions that came up. We had a little trouble finding the place and Thierry came and met us and showed us where to go. Thierry was a fantastic host! The view from the house is so beautiful! Pictures don’t quite capture it. Kitchen was well equipped and showers had great water pressure. The place does not have A/C (which we were aware of) but even with the fans it was still quite warm due to the hot summer temperatures we had during our stay. This is not a complaint, just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality Thierry!

Super nice host, a very nice phone call to explain everything to us after our arrival, always responsive. The accommodation is frankly perfect for 2, refurbished, very small but super functional with all the amenities you need. We had a great welcome from Jean Luc upon arrival, with ideas for walks in Evian and the surrounding area. The apartment is in a very good location in the center and Lake Evian. The city is nice. The apartment has everything you need (like at home). The garden is nice for naps. 😉 We had a great time and recommend.
