It is ideally situated for walks, beach days, cycling and fishing holidays. Angela’s Retreat is a self contained residence with its own entrance, small kitchenette, bathroom and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed if required. Family cottage near beautiful cove

Our three bedroom, three bathroom stone cottage was extensively renovated and maintained to a high specification. It is nestled in a sheltered spot on a quiet road a short walk from Steephill Cove. It comfortably sleeps six (and maybe a couple of extra children!). Please note that during school summer holidays we are only able to operate check in/out on Saturday.

We had a lovely stay at the Blacksmith's - well equipped, clean and as described and pictured. Nicky was a great host, she shared local recommendations in advance, and it was a lovely surprise when we arrived and found she had left us some Easter goodies (chocolate bunnies for the kids, hot cross buns) as well as milk, coffee and wine! The location is great, just a short drive to Ventnor and also to some nice pubs (we had an excellent Sunday roast at the White Lion in Niton). And it's not really far to get to most places on the island. There is a bus stop outside the property too for anyone without a car, but I don't know how frequent the service is. All in all we had a lovely, relaxing time, thanks for your hospitality Nicky!

We had 5 nights in early April at Sandpipers and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Luckily we had great weather, which made the stay even more relaxing. The house was clean and tidy and suited our needs perfectly. Henry met us on arrival with the keys and was very patient in waiting due to a lengthy traffic hold up on route from the ferry terminal. The location in Steephill Cove was amazing. We took our dog on many walks along the coastline to Ventnor, St Lawrence and Niton. The Botanical Gardens are literally around the corner. Well worth a visit for keen gardeners. Just one thing to be aware of - It's called 'Steephill' Cove for a reason. Access to this glorious place is via a steep path, which proved a challenge to the 86 year old in our group. This could be tricky for anybody with a significant mobility issue. All in all, it was a super break and we highly recommend Sandpipers to anybody taking a holiday on the Isle Of Wight. It was a fabulous house in a stunning location.

We had a fantastic short break at Sophie’s house. Beautiful, well-equipped and comfortable place in a very nice part of the island. Daren and Sophie were very friendly, and provided helpful local recommendations of things to do and places to visit, eat and drink. We’d be very happy to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Louisa's incredible Airbnb! Louisa was an exceptionally kind and responsive host, always ready to help and ensure we were comfortable, which truly made a difference in our experience. The interior decor and views from the place was stunning - beautifully designed and thoughtfully arranged, making us feel right at home. We’re so grateful for her hospitality and would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful home with wonderful hosts! The trip to the IoW was made truly magical by this home! It was everything described and more. I cannot express enough how fabulous it was to sit in the conservatory overlooking the sea views. The Perfect home to celebrate a 40th birthday with family 💖 very well adapted for children too with plenty of amenities to make it suitable. Thank you both, so very much!!!

We loved staying at Steve's place and we'll probably be back. We did everything on foot despite my bad back, really enjoyed the area and the view from the flat is lovely. Flat had everything we needed too and the bed was comfortable.
