Lovely large living area downstairs. Plenty of space with private courtyard, large laundry and clothes line. Up stairs to bedrooms would be a challenge for those with mobility issues. Tall people would find the double beds a challenge. I am 180cm and just fitted ok. Close to WW1 Somme battle fields, parking out the front. All whst we needed, would definitely return.

The place was very homely and in a nice quiet village but close to the main road back to Calais so was exactly what we needed for one night. The host was friendly and quick to come back on any questions.

We had a lovely stay at Monique's for a wedding in a mansion right next door. Very good communication. Very clean house, where nothing was missing, which is appreciable when it's a short stay and which is not the case everywhere, far from it! Nice, large and pleasant garden, behind the house, very well maintained, ideal with children. The wifi was working perfectly. The only small disadvantage is the noise from the street that crosses the village and passes in front of the property, very busy during the day on weekdays, but fortunately much less so on weekends, but very quiet at night, which is the main thing. We would recommend it without a problem.

perfect. maybe consider putting up curtains for the daylight that comes in downstairs on the staircase side and can be annoying if someone sleeps on the couch.

I highly recommend this listing which is as advertised. This home is very peaceful and located in a very quiet and secure neighborhood. The host is very welcoming and have great tips on places to visit.

Lovely house and very friendly and helpful hosts. Very quick to respond if we had any questions and also offered advice. The private pool and hot tub ate fantastic, it was perfect for our family of 5.

This place is amazing! such a beautiful location. We had a lovely time for our 4 days. The house is great, very tastefully decorated and lots of amenities. The pool was an excellent addition but unfortunately the weather wasn't as warm as we had hoped. Nevertheless we had a lovely relaxing time, playing boules, walking the vast grounds and enjoying the peace. We hope to visit again.

the exchanges with Audrey were very pleasant, clear and efficient. the house is more than charming, clean, spacious, very well-equipped, extremely pleasant, well laid out and above all, it smells good🥰🥰🥰. Not to mention the excellent quality bedding (important when you're over 40🤣🤣🤣) even on the sofa bed. Lovely apartment and the kids loved the pool!

Just returned back from Franck’s place and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The garden was great with a lovely heated pool and very nice outdoor furniture. The house itself is very well equipped with everything you could need and the beds were very comfortable. Franck was incredibly attentive, providing helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. There are some very nice bakeries and restaurants locally and the location is perfect for going to visit places like Lille, Lens and Arras. We would happily stay here again!

Beautiful, well-located accommodation in a peaceful and easily accessible neighborhood

The apartment and the building are impeccable and tastefully renovated. The location is very central, 10 minutes' walk from Arras train station and at the foot of all shops and restaurants, and yet the apartment is very quiet. The instructions for finding the apartment and the keys were very clear. In short, a perfect stay!

Pleasant stay in a home full of character. This house, disguised in the 1930s era, is a real gem for lovers of places steeped in history. Carefully restored, it retains its period features while offering a good level of comfort. The atmosphere is warm, the decoration refined, and every detail seems tastefully thought out. The place was spotless when we arrived, and communication with the host by message was smooth and professional. An address that I highly recommend for an authentic stay.

This attic Airbnb was very cute! Gorgeous view and excellent location. Grocery store and boulangerie around the corner. One thing to note that I didn’t, there is no wifi provided. Otherwise a lovely stay in Arras.

Very pleasant stay for our small family. Sports, nature, and a visit are on the agenda. A very nice break in a busy life... To be repeated soon! Very welcoming hosts, clean and well appointed accommodation... What more could you ask for?! Don't hesitate to make a reservation!

Our weekend in Arras was enhanced by Elodie's hospitality. The apartment is in a great location, in the heart of the city. It's flirtatious and nice. Elodie had the patience, listening and responsiveness necessary in the face of our inexperience. We had a great stay and can only recommend this apartment and its owners. We won't hesitate to visit Arras again!

We had a lovely stop over in Arras and this was the perfect base for it. A lovely place, very clean and felt like home!
