Very nice, clean apartment in the very center of Arras. I would recommned this property.

The apartment and the building are impeccable and tastefully renovated. The location is very central, 10 minutes' walk from Arras train station and at the foot of all shops and restaurants, and yet the apartment is very quiet. The instructions for finding the apartment and the keys were very clear. In short, a perfect stay!

I had a pleasant 3-night stay in Arras. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and easy to access. It is perfectly located for walking to the Lycée Savary-Ferry, which regularly serves as an examination center. Everything was as advertised. Small downside: the sound insulation, but nothing prohibitive.

The apartment was in a fantastic location for access to the main town square, markets and restaurants. We could hear the bells and walk everywhere - this does mean it's not quiet on a weekend night but the quality windows and shutters help with this. It's spacious and the sun pours into the living room in the afternoons. The beds were comfortable and the check in was easy. Thanks for having us!

Great stay at Etienne's! The apartment is very clean and well appointed. It feels really good there. The location is very nice, as it is both in the city center and close to the train station, but also in a quiet and peaceful environment. Etienne was very friendly and proactive. We will definitely be back. 👍

Much enjoyed our two night stay in Arras. Steep narrow stairwell up to the second floor but very comfortable unit. Would stay again!

I had a great time at Guillaume's, tastefully decorated apartment, everything is there, just put down your bags. Guillaume is very attentive, he makes sure that everything goes perfectly during the stay and asks for updates regularly. I'd recommend it without a second thought. This appartment was even nicer than the pictures showed! Really spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. Car park right outside which was free from 18:00 - 9:00am. The alternative car parks close by were not suitable for us with our roof box. Location was amazing! In minutes you are in the square with bars, restaurants and shops. We stayed on a Saturday night and the only thing to note, is that you can hear music from the bar below until 4am. We stayed with our 6 month old twin girls. We could hear the music but it didn't disturb our sleep to much. We would definitely stay here again! :)

A perfect stay. Émilie is very smiling and kind, very well hosted The accommodation is great, we had an excellent weekend. Clean, no complaints. The bedding is very comfortable. It's very quiet, you sleep very well there. And the little extra is the spa area, the little terrace, a treat. A home as described: clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. The setting is quiet, ideal for relaxing. The hot tub and hammam are a real plus, providing an extra moment of well-being. The accommodation is very well located if you come by train because it is close to the train station, the city center and the faculty (for those who are interested). Olivier is available and accommodating. I would recommend it in a second.

Very nice accommodation, tastefully furnished, well-equipped and close to shops and not too far on foot from the city center of Arras. I enjoyed the small garden, ideal for a coffee and reading outside, and the spa bath to unwind. Hélène and Cathy are very responsive. Recommended!
