Our place has free secure basement parking, located just across the road from the BEACH, and a 150 metre stroll to Fitzroy Street and Acland Street. You’ll love our place because of the great location for beach activities, festivals, cafes and restaurants and near Albert Park and Catani Gardens. The apartment is freshly renovated with a beautiful private balcony. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers but can sleep up to four with a new leather pullout sofabed.

We really loved our stay at Kirban’s place. He was a phenomenal host and very responsive and communicative throughout our month long stay. The location of his place was perfect for access to the beach and local shops in St. Kilda and having the tram right outside made getting into the CBD extremely easy. The Airbnb was well stocked with all the amenities we needed for our stay and overall we felt it was great value for money and great experience. We look forward to coming back next year! Karl’s place was a great home away from home. Large two storey apartment with plenty of room. Close to restaurants and shops with lots of tram options to the city. Great views of Melbourne and the bay. Karl is helpful and quick to respond to any questions.
