Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint Kilda East

Great location and modern apartment in a quiet street. Quite small bedrooms and living space though. Microwave located on top of the fridge but has no where to plug in, need to overhead lift in order to be able to functionally use it. Hot water system is intermittent and not what you’d expect for a modern building. Both showers would go from hot to cold to hot regularly. Bed had hairs in it…

We had a wonderful time staying at Minnie's apartment. Well equipped, comfortable and well located. Of particular note, the beds and bedding were so comfortable. You can really tell that Minnie cares, it is rare that you sleep better at an Airbnb than you do in your own home. This Airbnb was fabulous, we loved our stay and felt very comfortable and cosy. There was a comfy couch to chill on in the evenings and the heaters worked a treat to warm the space up quickly and effectively. Beds were comfy and there was a dishwasher, washer dryer and all other amenities you could need. This was an incredibly well stocked Airbnb with plenty of toilet paper, tissues, toiletries, cooking utensils, plates and so on. The hosts were very very responsive and nothing was a bother, always welcoming and helpful. They made us feel so welcome and our pets as well. The parking was easy and very close to the lift and then the apartment so it was easy to access as well for my partner with mobility issues. The communication was top notch, probably one of the best communications we’ve had with hosts. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb. 15/10.

We were pleased to stay local to where family and friends live in South Yarra. Lovely to be close to gardens and long walks along the Yarra River.

We stayed at Kerin’s beautiful home for a multi generational family celebration and it was superb!! The house has everything you need for multiple guests - beds were all comfortable, linen was gorgeous, heaps of glassware, crockery & platters etc. We loved the massive antique dining table, lamps everywhere for a dreamy cosy vibe, and two different lounge areas plus a great outdoor area meant we never felt crowded despite our numbers. The parking permits were so helpful for us as were the miki cards for public transport. Our host Kerin was kind, accommodative and very thoughtful. Location was also amazing for city, St Kilda, Chapel St, MCG and an easy drive to airport. We would highly recommend Kerin and this home for any trip to Melbourne - you will be made to feel so welcome at every turn.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Such a beautiful small home, so clean and bed linen immaculate. Beds so so comfy. Really felt safe, the street has elderly long term owners. Very quiet and safe area. I’m big on cleanliness and this was 10/10. Def staying again. Kitchen facilities brilliant, did all my cooking with good quality pots and utensils. Bathroom is awesome, love the view. Cant fault. Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless – very clean and tidy throughout, which made it super comfortable. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The host was exceptional – clear and consistent with communication, and all instructions were easy to follow. They were also incredibly hospitable and flexible, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Selina’s place was just as beautiful as the photos promised. The location, overlooking Queen Victoria Market, was perfect! Central and convenient, with easy access to everything whether on foot or by public transport. The view from the 45th floor was incredible, such a unique perspective of the city. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely love to come back. Thanks for everything!

Dianna was wonderful! Couldn't have been better. I had a few questions and she was right there every time. The apartment was wonderful! It has everything you could need and is beautifully styled. The bed is incredibly comfortable and overall, we felt so comfortable from the moment we walked in. It is also in a fabulous area, easy for public transport walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, post office and basically everything you could want. Clean and modern. With everything we needed. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and tram. We stayed a very cold winters weekend and apartment was warm and cosy.

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. Jodie & Ella were great at communicating from the time we booked the place. The location was great, the apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The hosts were so lovely and accomodating. During our stay the lift was not working however the hosts went above and beyond in ensuring everything went smoothly for us. I could not recommend a better place if you’re looking to stay in St Kilda. One of the best getaways I’ve had so far.
