Cottage close to the sea

Small 40 m² house located 10 minutes from the beaches in the small village of St Just Luzac close to all amenities. The house is comfortable with a bedroom with a 160 bed and in the living room a 140 sofa bed. Equipped kitchenette (Senseo, Kettle, Oven...) Your car will be parked in our parking lot, closed by a sliding gate in front of the accommodation. The accommodation is independent and is located at the other end of our property, it is fully fenced for comfort and total privacy.

Wi-Fi ok Accommodation close to necessary shops (bakery, butcher, doctor's office, tobacco...) Beach 15 min. drive. The marsh is 200 m away, ideal for lovely walks. Our accommodation is less than 1/2 hour from Royan, Rochefort, Saintes and Oléron
