This peaceful accommodation with a private heated swimming pool from April 1st to November 1st (NEW), a terrace and air conditioning for the whole house offers a relaxing stay for the family. Completely refurbished with comfort and charm, it is located in the heart of one of the oldest villages on Oléron Island, and has a large 300 m2 courtyard. The swimming pool can be easily covered by a movable deck 5 minutes from the Château d'Oléron, its port, its citadel, its beach and its shops.

Small 40 m² house located 10 minutes from the beaches in the small village of St Just Luzac close to all amenities. The house is comfortable with a bedroom with a 160 bed and in the living room a 140 sofa bed. Equipped kitchenette (Senseo, Kettle, Oven...) Your car will be parked in our parking lot, closed by a sliding gate in front of the accommodation. The accommodation is independent and is located at the other end of our property, it is fully fenced for comfort and total privacy.
