En été il fait naturellement tres frais ( pas plus que 23 !) car construit en pierre et abrite. Il y a une petite cuisine équipée et salle de bain, douche italienne. On the heights of Roisey, between Pélussin and Maclas, at the end of a cul-de-sac, our vacation rental has found refuge in an old 18th century farmhouse, classified by the Heritage Foundation. It is a remarkable natural site located just below the Crêt de l'Œillon and the "Trois dents"; it faces the valleys of the Rhône, the Drôme and the Alps. Through the many surrounding paths, you can discover a strong and still preserved nature. It's completely peaceful.

My accommodation is a village house located in a large shaded garden, 5 min walk to the city center (Bar, Tobacco, Bakery, Vival) and hiking trails (Saint-Jacques de Compostela, Pilat Regional Park). Summer seasonal rental to enjoy the joys of the surrounding nature. Capacity of 8 beds maximum. The village is at the crossroads of the Rhône, Loire and Ardèche - 14 km from Annonay (16 minutes from Peaugres) and 20 km from Condrieu and the Rhône Valley.

It is located 2 km from the village of Bourg-Argental. It is located on a southeast slope offering views of the green nature, in the heart of the Pilat Natural Park. The cottage has an area of 75 m2 consisting of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Fred and Annie welcome you to their cottage, adjoining their home."Gite le tilleul" old family house renovated by them. It is 2.5 km from the village of Bourg-argental. The cottage has an area of 150 m2 with shaded terrace, its south-east exposure offers a panorama of the Alps in clear weather.
