Perfect location. Good size for our party of 3. Loved our short time there. We will be back.

Great stay at Geni & Chris's place. Quiet neighborhood and building. Walkable to everything! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Comfy bed and pillows. The only suggestion I have is that they put curtains in the bedroom, the sun comes in bright and early, and if you're light sleepers like we are, it is impossible to sleep past 6am in the room. That's purely personal preference though, and we still throughly enjoyed our stay.

Victoria's place was a great find. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to historic downtown. The tandem bike was a nice surprise (although my husband and I weren't brave enough to try it). The apartment was spotless. Highly recommend.

Overall 5 Stars. Fantastic unobstructed view of the ocean and literally just steps to the pristine beach. Place was super quiet, safe, and clean. Great for a weekend getaway. Advice for future guests (not to be taken as criticism to the host): Bring bug spray. I wish we were better prepared for the sand flies on the balcony (dusk/dawn & night). Bring your own beach gear (beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella/tent). I would recommend this place to anyone.

What an amazing place. Only a few steps to the white sand. You could hear the ocean and they were beautiful sunrises every morning. Right out the back door you have the pool. There was a bottle of white wine waiting for us and two bottles of water to get us started. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. So many great restaurants nearby. We walked the beach every day and collected shells and even walked up to Neptune and Atlantic Beach. Perfect spot to stay in Jax Beach.

One of the best airbnb stays I’ve had in a long time! Everything was so well organized and I love how kid friendly it was! Plus the gift basket was such a sweet touch. Definitely staying here again next time I’m in St. Augustine!

Sandra's home is very welcoming and stocked with anything you would need. The yard is beautiful, and the pool was amazing, as the weather was 95 degrees every day we were there. The location is near restaurants and stores which is convenient. We had the pleasure to meet Sandra, and she is a lovely person. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. I used this location as a spot for my three older children who live out of town. We needed the perfect spot for all 7 of them to stay while attending one of their siblings graduations at Clay High. This place was large enough to accomadate everything even with people visiting that lives in Green Cove. I'd highly recommend anyone who needed to stay in Green Cove this place. It's a quiet neighborhood and a close drive to several places!

Yuriy was very responsive her place is amazing. Very close to everything we needed. Hostess was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and the babies loved the pool! It was warm and was nice to not have to worry about it closing. ❤️❤️. We will definitely choose this location again!!!

Nicki’s place was a perfect, peaceful and private getaway for my husband and I. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Close to a Publix and quick bites. Only a 25 minute drive to historic St. Augustine, and 35 minutes to the beach. We felt safe in the gated community and enjoyed the pool/hot tub.

Paty was a great host! The condo/apartment was even more spacious than the photos show. Our stay was also close to the new developments/shops around town, making it easy to pick up last minute items for our trip.

If you will be traveling to Ponte Vedra area for any reason at all-you have to stay at Vanessa’s condo!! Perfect for 2-everything was amazing! Proximity to beach and restaurants were a definite plus.! Early morning walks on the beach -steps away combined with coffee/cocktails on balcony were so peaceful & relaxing! The condo itself was an adorable,pristine studio with a kitchen with so many nice “extras” that made our stay so welcoming. Can’t say enough about Vanessa - she went above and beyond in her communication before our visit and that continued during our stay! She even contacted us about an upcoming storm that could delay our arrival to an event we were attending! Will definitely be our go-to when we are traveling in the area! Thank you again Vanessa for sharing your property with us!
