Welcome to the Quack + Cluck Lakeside Haven. Situated 900ft off of a quiet street, with 12 private acres, this home sits on a 14 acre inland lake. The lake is not for swimming but it has beautiful sunsets and wildlife. This is one of 3 apartments, in this private home. All have private entrances, and living spaces. Also included is a covered patio, fire pit, outdoor table + a floating dock perfect for afternoon picnics. This apartment sleeps 4. It has one extra large bedroom with a room divider.

Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. Sure to please the outdoor enthusiast, the property is surrounded by public land with the Pinckney Waterloo Trail crossing at the end of our driveway, and several nearby lakes. Located 30 minutes to Ann Arbor, 15 minutes to downtown Chelsea which offers plenty of great eats and drinks, 20 minutes to downtown Jackson, 10 minutes to Sandhill crane winery.

This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
