Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint John

Kathy was proactive, texting me vs using the app to ensure i saw her messages. The instructions were helpful and the place was exactly what we needed. Constructive feedback: We couldn’t find garbage bags to take the trash out so if we stayed longer that would be a welcome addition. Overall great stay and would definitely book again!

We truly enjoyed staying in Alma’s property once again. We stay with her whenever we visit family in New Brunswick. Her Airbnb property was the perfect location for us. The renovations make the place even more attractive. The unit had all the amenities we needed. The check in process was simple with clear instructions. We keep going back because of Alma. It feels like coming home when we walk in the door of our unit. There is definitely room for a family with children. It is a quiet location with easy access to the many tourist attractions in Saint John. Thanks for taking such great care to make our stay even more enjoyable!!

Catherine and Matt were absolutely lovely to deal with. The space was gorgeous and clean and felt like a home away from home. We were welcomed with flowers and a welcome balloon and a delicious box of Girl Guide cookies. (Those didn't last long) Their space provided everything we needed and then some. Highly recommend staying as their guest if you are looking for a place in Saint John!

Our group of seven had a wonderful weekend stay at Kevin’s house! Stunning home with so much character. The view of the river was so beautiful and peaceful! Beds were very comfortable, and lots of space to relax. Kevin was very helpful and responsive. Hopefully will be back again!

De très beaux souvenirs, des propriétaires aux petits soins, vraiment un superbe séjour !!!. L’accueil ainsi que l’aide apporter y fut vraiment formidable. Vraiment des propriétaires et un logement à vous recommander. La ville et ses alentours sont facile d’accès, les transports en commun sont proches, la plage 12 minute à pied. It was a great stay. My only recommendations is that the downstairs bed is very hard and not really comfortable to sleep on. The house is perfect for little groups that want space, but the furniture in each room was sparse so we had to bring the dining room chairs to sit on in each room if we wanted to spend time together in a bigger group. Overall a great stay and we are thankful for the use of this home for our family get gether over the holidays.

This place is amazing. What a great way to spend your vacation, so peaceful and serene. We would go back.

It was a great stay , beautiful air b and b the only thing was when we booked we thought we would be on the beach but it’s a walk to different location beaches . Justin was a great host and handled anything we needed .

The place was perfect. It was a 5-7 min drive to a multitude of restaurants and shopping, but on a very quiet out of the way street. The place itself is clean and modern. A great place to relax in your down time.

I had the pleasure of staying here to celebrate my boyfriends birthday, and we were extremely impressed. the price was very affordable, so we were skeptical, but RETAIN surprised up in the best way possible. it was just what we needed. Waking up with a cup of coffee on the porch watching the geese really hit the spot. I felt right at home and even though I lost my phone on this vacation... RETAIN gave me a reason to forget that and just be happy in the moment. I will recommend this place forever.
