Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. The cozy 31 m² apartment is located on the west side of Tübingen & yet quite central. The bed is a 160cm wide, foldable sofa bed. There is a small kitchenette, as well as a little dining area and a bathroom with a shower. A generally used washing machine & dryer is available. Nice and quite large balcony with a beautiful view comes with the apartment. The basic kitchen utensils are available for use. Sheets, towels, hair dryer, as well as shampoo & shower gel to get round the first days supplied
