Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

We had a wonderful stay at Rudy’s. The apartment is so beautifully decorated and super cleaned. Rudy and Alexandra are very helpful hosts from the start until checking out. The apartment is well located, in a beautiful town yet very close to Nice and Eze. It’s also a short walk to town. Rudy and Alexandra also give excellent restaurant recommendations… we had one of the best meals in France. Thank you again for such an amazing stay and wonderful hospitality!

This home was perfect for our family of 4. It was better than we had imagined and gave us a place to spread out and relax. The location is very private, but only a 20 minute drive to almost all the major parts of Cannes and Antibes. The very adequate air conditioning and pool gave us relief from the hot summer and the kitchen allowed us to cook any kind of food we managed to find from the local markets. Lastly Benoit was a fantastic host, always available and genuinely interested in our experience.

Nous sommes reste quatre nuits au moment de Noel. Nous etions trois couples adultes et nous avons bcp apprecie notre sejour chez Valerie qui etait tres gentille et disponible. Nous recommandons bien volontiers ce lodgement avec de si belles espaces et vues sur Saint Paul de Vence.

We had a great stay at Vanina’s Villa. She allowed us to check in early, showed us how to use everything around the house which was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Vanina was a great host and replied to all messages quickly. Our only issue was one of the bedrooms had a memory foam mattress which wasn’t suitable for two people due to one person primarily sleeping in it (it seemed). Meaning it was slightly deeper In the middle. Other than this the house was absolutely perfect and had everything you could possible need. The outside area is amazing and the opening of the kitchen/ living room doors out of the terrace really pulled the whole place together!

Hervé is truly a special person. Kind, friendly, helpful, generous, and fun. He immediately felt like a friend or like someone we would want to be friends with. Hervé has a big, beautiful heart and he clearly genuinely loves sharing his home with people. The location was beautiful and magical. It was so clean! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and much more! It was so easy to get around that I was even able to ride into the port of Nice to take a hot yoga class. We attended the Grand Prix and Hervé gave us perfect instructions on how to get there. In all of our years of travel, we have never actually booked an Airbnb, but have opted for vacation rental management companies. Hervé’s home and hospitality were the best we have ever experienced. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much, Hervé!

This place is a small gem. Within walking distance of two great bakeries and a bunch of restaurants. We had two challenges during our stay, but our host was super responsive and proactive and helped a ton. We will be back.

Our stay with Roland and Nadine was truly wonderful. The key pickup via the lockbox was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The house is a dream come true. Nestled in a private, quiet residential area on a hill, it offers breathtaking views over the bay, all the way to St. Tropez. Waking up to that view each morning was simply unforgettable. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the location is perfect, with supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches just minutes away. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing yet unforgettable holiday on the Côte d’Azur. Roland and Nadine went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce logement. C’était notre première fois avec Airbnb et nous ne regrettons pas. Un hôte très accueillant, à l’écoute, nous a donné beaucoup de conseils et a toujours été présent en cas de besoin. Concernant la maison tout était parfait, comme dans la description ! Très propre très rangé, tout était nickel. Une maison vraiment magnifique et avec tout le nécessaire. Nous remercions également Greg pour sa confiance ainsi que sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons cet hôte à 1000%. Vous pouvez avoir confiance en lui les yeux fermés ! Merci pour tout 😀

Cette maison est un petit paradis et Maryse est une hote absolument charmante, réactive et attentionnée. La vie est incroyable et la maison est bien connectée en transports en commun.

This villa is a little gem, it’s better than the photos and the location is great, so close to the medieval town. I would advise you would need a car to stay here, but access is easy. Leo was very quick to respond to any questions. We will be coming back !!

We spent a week to celebrate my birthday in June. What an amazing stay! The villa is so charming, well equipped, cosy and practically equipped. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, and soo beautiful. Corinne was helpful and attentive, whenever we had a question.

We had such a nice stay. The place has stunning views and great amenities. Walking distance to the city center. Fully equipped. We were given super good recommendations for things to visit and do. Both the host and the manager were super friendly, polite and proactive. Overall we had a great time and would love visiting again!

Enjoyed stay In St Paul de Vence.. The Airbnb is bright and peaceful. In current era of maps on phone the back narrow roads make such Airbnbs an easy option. The house itself had large windows in every room with the eating area and master being the highlights. Travelled with small dog who loved the large yard. The local grocery store Le Clerc a 5 minute drive down the hill was amazing – so we cooked in house and ate al la fresco. Lots of space and Airbnb is fully equipped. Also found the location in St. Paul de Vence ideal -- nice neighborhood -- not too far up the the hill and close to grocery store, large local mall, and up the hill arts and restaurants. Going it is often difficult to judge locations. Thank you to Jean who was available to help with any questions.

Meitä oli 8 hengen seurue, joista 2 oli lapsia. Viihdyimme kaikki todella hyvin. Kaunis paikka ja upeat näkymät. Todella siistiä ja keittiössä oli kattava astiasto. Nautimme lomastamme todella paljon. Talossa ehkä pienenä miinuksena (mikä ei todellakaan vaikuta kokonaisarvosteluun) oli hiukan hassusti sijoitetut vessat. Jokaisella makuuhuoneella oli oma kylpyhuone, mutta vain yhdessä niistä oli wc. Lisäksi talossa oli kaksi erillistä wc:tä, joten määrä oli kyllä riittävä, mutta sijoittelu tuntui hieman oudolta. Kylpyhuonessa piti myös huolehtia riittävästä tuulettamisesta, ettei ilma mennyt ummehtuneeksi. Tämä lienee enemmän paikallinen rakennustapa, joka poikkeaa pohjoismaisesta tyylistä. Lisäksi jos olet herkkä äänille, niin on hyvä tietää, että viereisen tien melu kuuluu vähän. Meitä tämä ei haitannut. Todella hieno paikka ja ystävälliset, mutta omaa rauhaa antavat majoittajat. Suosittelen ehdottomasti tätä paikkaa. Loma oli täydellinen.

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s perfect if you are traveling with another couple as the second room is very private. The views are gorgeous and the beach is walkable (just be aware that walking up the driveway is a workout!) The kitchen was very well stocked with supplies which was great for cooking dinners. The host was also very responsive. Theoule-sur-mer is a great town for biking. The local restaurants were delicious. We went before busy season so restaurants weren’t open all of the time but when we did get to dine there it was delicious! We would definitely book again!

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Brigitte en Dominique. Vrijstaande villa; eigenaren wonen boven. Privacy terwijl eigenaren ook beschikbaar zijn voor vragen. Prima keuken, volledig uitgerust qua apparatuur en serviesgoed. Hartelijke ontvangst met een fles rosé en twee flessen mineraalwater in de koelkast. Ook koffie en thee, flesje olijfolie en allerlei kleine handige spullen. Veel ruimte in woonkamer. Apart toilet, goede badkamer met veel kastruimte en douche (met douchegordijn). Fijne slaapkamer met goed bed en veel kastruimte. Alles voorzien van airco. Veelal heerlijke rust op en rondom de locatie. Buiten allerlei zitjes en ligbedden. Via paadje langs uitbundige lavendel en 200 jaar oude olijfboom naar een heerlijk privé zwembad dat van 10.00 - 18.00 ter beschikking staat en dagelijks door Dominique wordt schoongemaakt. Prachtig panoramisch uitzicht en zicht op mediterraanse tuin met oleanders, cypressen etc. Kortom: leven als God in Frankrijk op deze mooie plek!

Notre séjour s'est déroulé de manière exceptionnelle et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine, qui a été un véritable atout pour nos vacances. Moderne Wohnung, Aussicht vom Balkon einfach der Wahnsinn, Pool sauber und groß. Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit Klimaanlage und zwei neue Fernseher. Jean Jacques und Ingrida waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus liegt zwar an den Gleisen, die vorbei fahrenden Züge tagsüber haben uns aber gar nicht gestört. Sehr schöne Umgebung, viele Strände in der Nähe. Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert!!!
