5 minutes from the city center on foot, in a very quiet area with stunning views of old Embrun and Les Orres. Close to the train station (5 min walk) to enjoy public transportation. A free shuttle is available (2 min walk) to reach the water. High quality apartment in a detached house equipped with modern appliances as well as a pool table and a foosball table. Location: 4 km from the center of the village of Crots. 5 km from Lake Serre-Ponçon and 7 km from Embrun and Savines-le-Lac and 30 minutes from the ski resorts (Les Orres, Crévoux and Réallon)

We offer a 30 m2 apartment, recently renovated, with a south-facing balcony. Upon arrival you will find your beds made as well as towels. Ideally located for skiing, hiking and close to shops. 200 m from the ice rink pool. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette oven.

Sheep, Cats, chickens will be your closest neighbors, in a new 100 m2 apartment built in the old barn of the farmhouse.
