We offer a comfortable, independent, single-story cottage of nearly 90 m², with a hot tub and magnificent views of the Champsaur Valley. The gîte includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m² (161 sq. ft.), a large, fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games, and parking spaces.

The accommodation (47 m²), with a small outdoor area, is located in a new house in a quiet neighborhood, with views of the mountains in the heart of the Champsaur. For 4 people: 1 bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) and 1 sofa bed in the living room. As we live on the property, we will be happy to give you some tips and recommendations. It has a terrace and a south-facing garden, with views of the mountains and the village, in a quiet and green environment. Amenities are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes. Close to the resorts: 10 min from Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes, 15 min from Ancelle and less than 20 min from Orcières-Merlette. Great for a summer or winter stay, with family or friends.

Completely renovated, this 45 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of a house in the village of Pont du Fossé, close to all shops and services. Shops open all year round: grocery store, bakery, bars, restaurants, tobacco, press etc… The accommodation has an equipped kitchen, open to the living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is non-smoking. No pets allowed.

The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

YAPLUKA enjoy the spring water, the azure sky and your private jacuzzi available all year round (€40 for a 1.5-hour session for 2 to be booked on site). In a 6000 m2 park surrounded by mountains and close to hiking trails and four ski resorts in winter.

Mountain chalet

I rent the upper part of my chalet (car and eco-construction) with the outdoor space in front, located in a subdivision of a dozen houses at the bottom of the village. One bedroom (140 cm bed) on the ground floor and another (140 cm bed too) upstairs. The equipment is simple, without microwave or dishwasher.
